How to fix JobFlare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JobFlare app on iPhone
Update JobFlare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JobFlare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JobFlare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JobFlare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JobFlare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JobFlare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JobFlare App
1. On android, goto Settings » JobFlare » click [Force Stop]

Update JobFlare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JobFlare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JobFlare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JobFlare.

Fix JobFlare unable to contact server/ JobFlare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JobFlare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JobFlare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JobFlare
