App doesn’t work and absolutely horrific customer service. I have contacted them several times (3 emails + 3 messenger messages) about the lifespan not being calculated. Finally, after a week I received an email from customer service with the instruction to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Did not work. Yet, days later, I am still waiting to hear from customer service on what else I can do. Had been excited about this app but a waste of time.
Data mining operation

Wouldn’t even begin to function. Needed to be connected to every app on my phone or no data available, literally wanted Instagram, etc. F this.
Developer responded, and it was connected to Fitbit. I’m not to stupid to use it, it kept asking for more permissions.
Developer keeps responding with the same generalized information. I wish I could rate 0 stars.
Gero disappoints

The Gero applet claims to mine my Fitbit but it seems to only superficially access the data. I suspect they want users to connect to other of their apps.
It’s even worse now that they made me log into my account and restricting the data to Apple health.
