how do i reset the time on this smart bracelot? Its 20 min slow even adfter its charged. thank you

Trying to add a profile - lets me enter all member information but "Add Profile" button doesn't work. It highlights when I click but doesn't do anything. All fields are completed.

How to fix Fitt-Track app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fitt-Track app on iPhone
Update Fitt-Track app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fitt-Track iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fitt-Track on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fitt-Track network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fitt-Track Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fitt-Track not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fitt-Track App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fitt-Track » click [Force Stop]

Update Fitt-Track to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fitt-Track App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fitt-Track » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fitt-Track.

Fix Fitt-Track unable to contact server/ Fitt-Track internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fitt-Track » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fitt-Track » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fitt-Track
