If I could give it zero stars I would. Will not stay connected to app. I have deleted FittTrack and tried to connect it again. It connects for about five minutes then vibrates and it’s not connected. So very frustrating. I have had Fitbit's a couple of times and did not want to spend that much money today so I remembered these at Christmas time at Walmart. I am a believer in you get what you pay for, but I certainly did not get my money’s worth with this piece of crap. Save you your money!!

So got this one o try and start keeping track of what things like steps and such and found it to be very inaccurate when syncing with FittTrack . Also the fact that people have been complaining about the rules portion of the sleep portion of FittTrack for quite a while from what I’ve seen and it not being addressed is very disappointing. Like many others have said it takes no consideration for those of us that work third (graveyard) shift. I mean seriously why are there rules for setting what time you go to sleep? I for one will be getting rid of this piece of garbage and going with something better.

Wanted to see if the tracking features were any better than the ones on my Yoho tracker. They are worse. This tracker keeps disconnecting and it keeps starting my steps over from zero every time it disconnects. I can’t get more than 20 steps away from my phone or it disconnects from the Bluetooth. My other tracker lets me walk around outside in my yard (away from my phone) without disconnecting. The syncing doesn’t sync all the data. Updating the software takes twice as long as it should. This was a waste of money so I will probably be returning it. The only thing I like about it is the bands are way more comfortable & it sits better on my wrist and the watch seems accurate once I finally got it to update to the correct date & time!

I gave 1 star would give more BUTTTTT I WORK GRAVEYARD HOURS!!!
I work from 10p-6:30a I don’t get to home till 7am then I don’t get around to laying down till about 8-9am an I don’t get up till 1p then I take nap from 3p-5p an it just is NOT setting my schedule right , keeps flipping all over the darn place I’m so freaking close to selling this darn thing it ain’t even funny and at work everyone else clock was 12 mins faster which means I missed my break all day we don’t all go out same hours main reason why I got this freaking thing out of all and I seriously reached off my couch with out standing and grabbed for my plate of food off the end table an it said I walked “3 steps” but yet I never stepped any where’s .....

The price was reasonable but I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Battery life is so bad that it dies half way through the day.
Customer service is horrible!!
I have contacted them six times, with no help. I explained that it’s an easy fix but with only an auto reply to my every inquiry, it’s still not working. I was fed up with it all when I got an email telling me that they are closing my case because they haven’t heard back from me!!!
I had replied to every email!!!
Maybe they should have people read the emails!!!

I bought this to track my sleep and I am annoyed at it. FittTrack doesn’t allow to set a bedtime after 11:59 PM. I get out of work at 11 PM. I often don’t go to bed until well after 1 and most nights 2 AM. So it will track me as sleeping during the time I’m actually watching tv or doing dishes... not effective. ): It does track my steps fairly well and tell me the time so at least I am getting into the habit of wearing a watch...

The sedentary reminder in your App does not show the minutes. You can scroll and hear it, but it’s white text on a white screen. Also there shouldn’t white text on the other pages because they’re light as well. You need contrast to see things and your app don’t provide that. You should make a dark mode or something. It’s been an app too long to still be this bad.

The tracker is constantly missing steps my phone is counting a minimum of 1000 steps higher than the watch and during the watch’s set sleep time it won’t count at all! And you can only set the watch to start sleep cycle from 6pm to 11:59pm!!! So what about those that work third shift!??? Or second shift!?? So does society say that only physically fit people work during 8a-5p? I want a watch that will count every step I make! And I want a watch that is completely compatible with my phone! I really don’t feel that’s too much to ask especially not on the counting steps part! Over all I’m dissatisfied with the watch and app!!! I think that the software needs updated to take all working class people into consideration especially since this brand is made for working class people and the watch follows FittTrack ’s software!

I use FittTrack mostly to track my sleep patterns. It is fairly functional but the pale color with white splotches on the background along with white lettering makes reading the words and numbers almost impossible. I have had this watch for a month and still do not know what the words are in the headings on some of the charts and graphs. There is no option to change the text or background. My husband purchased this watch for me along with 2 more to give my sister and niece and I hate to give them something they can’t see well enough to use.

I’ve had this thing for 48 hours now and I quickly discovered that the “Rotate Wrist to activate screen” option in FittTrack will DISAPPEAR completely from the menu for reasons I am yet unable to determine.
I sleep with a partner and want to be able to turn that option off at night to avoid disturbing him with the light every time I roll over. However, I’ve also noticed that the watch is generally much less responsive with that option turned off. Clicking the button once doesn’t turn the screen on, though using app options immediately causes the screen to light up.
Wish the support link took me to help for the software and not just an advertisement for new products.

I got it today and It does everything I need, but there’s some things that can be tweaked and added to the software to make it a great device such as indicating which app there is a notification in as well as changing the vibration pattern for each type of notification and also it would be great if there was a wether app on FittTrack that communicates with the watch that simply states the temperature and type of weather.

* Got it for $30. Good price for a decent appearance
* have 2 bands to switch. Got it for wife. She doesn't want it. I liked the dark band
* app is easy to install and connect
~ Accounts the charging time after 7 as sleep time. It adds to good sleep.
~ Bluetooth disconnects automatically. Doesn't connect quickly if returned to range. Doesn't have a sync frequency. Got to manually sync it.
~ Doesn't have a log for running unless you manually turn it on. Haven't played with this feature yet.
~ Finding the tracker. In case you have multiple in your hands and confused which one, the find works. Else it is already disconnected or vibrates twice. With a rubber band this vibrate feature doesn't help find it. No sound to know. No measure how far is it.
~ I do not want the call or msg notification as I believe that's the distraction again.

I work a graveyard shift so FittTrack doesn’t quite fit for me. When I go to bed at 8am, the thing doesn’t recognize that I’ve slept at all. I try to set a bed time for 4am, for when I’m off work, but FittTrack has “rules” for when I’m allowed to set a bedtime. Not exactly friendly for using if I’m trying to work with my schedule but FittTrack is designed for only people with regular schedules. Other than that, it’s not too bad. I like that it keeps track of steps and whatnot.

The band isn’t horrible. Battery life is impressive, and the band length is great!
It doesn’t always record steps accurately, but it’s a good estimate.
FittTrack is just ok. It only records for one day. You cannot go back and see other days, just today. So if you forget to look, too bad. It’s gone.
It would be amazing if FittTrack kept data for even a week, so you can go back and see your average for the week, or improvement since yesterday, or anything.
I need to track sleep, but sometimes forget to look, and then I don’t know because it’s gone.
That’s the only update I’d suggest, is for FittTrack to hold data for a period of time. Week, month, year, whatever. So you can go back and look. Even for two days would be helpful.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the product. It does what it says it’s going to do, and works pretty well. App is simple to use and pretty self explanatory. My only issue is the manual sleep setting only tracking during certain times (6 pm - 1159 pm start time)Can you just let it work on a 24 hr cycle, and not what you think our sleep should be? What about us night shifters? We just cant use the sleep portion at all because the time doesn’t give us the option. Fix please, and I’ll change to a 5 star!

This is a great tracker because you can see if you have a message or if you get a call and you can track your steps. You can charge it completely in less than an hour. It doesn’t let you see the heart rate though (unless I’m overlooking it somehow) and sometimes it doesn’t track your sleep. The watch falls off of your arm sometimes and it doesn’t have a setting for noise, it only vibrates (which is okay I guess). But my husband and I bought the watches for $20 a piece and FittTrack is free so I can’t complain too much. I just wish it would work properly.

I gave it four stars because it is a great app. But when I run on treadmill or something similar I’m not getting anywhere near the right amount of steps. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I could add the steps in manually. Hope this is added in the future!

I like everything about it so far except one problem with FittTrack . It’s very difficult to read. The background is light gray with white bubbles ... and then some of the text is white or very light. It sounds like a silly thing, but I bought this item to get information, and if I can’t read the information it’s not doing me any good! If they fix that my rating will be 5 stars!

I love this so much!! Also I wish we can customize the vibration so it’s not so long and wish that it shows why app you got a notification from. ( like if you got a notification from Snapchat, it can show FittTrack ) but I really like it!!!

Learning to use this device is stupid simple. It's comfortable and the price is perfect. While it may not record all my steps perfectly, it is a tool to help keep a general track of my physical activity. It looks cool and reminds me of something I would expect to see on Star Trek. If you want a piece of Tech that has a futuristic vibe going on...this is the piece to have. Love it....love it....love it!

The fitness tracker is nice and I got if for a good price. What I really wanted it for was to track my sleep patterns. I don’t like that I can’t set my sleep time after 11:59pm. Because of my work schedule I don’t get in bed until about 1 am, so my sleep tracker has been off a couple of hours. I guess I’ll spend the extra money and get a Fitbit.

I got my ifitness at a sale at Boscoves, after another similar brand was ineffective, it had ok reviews and I really wanted to try it out. It works decently but sometimes it doesn’t track your steps effectively and makes you very frustrated doing so, it also makes you look dumb trying to make it record your steps. But other than that it has a great concept and FittTrack is very good and helpful. If you want an original fitband and don’t care about the price, I would just get that honestly, but if wanna try something new out go ahead, I won’t stop you. Overall, it’s better than the last one and I might just keep it!!
