Sign in problems

This app needs some serious help. It always logs me out for no reason and then when I try to sign in again it never, not ever, remembers my password. So then I have to go through the entire forgot password ordeal just to be able to sign in. Every single time. It works fine one time and then signs me out again and forgets my password so I have to go through the entire process again. This app is horrible. There is no reason it should automatically sign me out and it should be able to remember a password. I know I enter my password correctly but the app won’t recognize it. Ever. Unless I do the change password process. It’s so irritating and frustrating. Especially when you are at the checkout and can’t use your coupons because this stupid app doesn’t ever work correctly.

On friendly user app

Took five tries to get the app to work. There’s no way to upload receipts if you signed up and had a current receipt with you. I know I am trying to post this, and have tried a dozen usernames, but they are all taken, even though some of them are very obscure. Makes me doubt that they are truly taken. Perhaps the app is not excepting my review because I gave it one star? I will now try for the 13th time and hope for better luck. The number 13 did not work either. Let’s try for number 14. Nope. 15? I now know this is a giant scam. I type something in that no one else could have typed in and it still said the name is already taken. No way! I just picked a random word, “approach” and the app said that was already taken as a nickname. Some kind of scam going on here!

Dirty trick by employee

While I was in checkout line at Lidl to check out, an employee came by and turned on aisle five and then also turned on aisle six for check out. He walked off then someone came to get on five but no one came to check out on six. Another employee walked by and said six was not opening but she could see the green light. Told us we would have to get in another line. This was a very dirty trick because both employees saw that the light was on and we had been standing there. We finally made it to the checkout in another line told the employee we thought that was a very dirty trick and he just blew it off. Very unprofessional service and quite frankly the prices are the same at Aldi’s.
