Dont buy on sizelaunches or this website anymore if you dont want to lost your money!
Im from US! I tried to raffle on this and then they cancelled my order, then they take long time to refund! Therefore they refund is not full amount because the currency was changed but how do you think you will lost 16$ a month because they refund you late!
Customer service is not help at all!
Trash app and worst service

sizelaunches is a bot/employee friendly app. Two odds you as a manual buyer have no chance against. Every release the shoes are gone before you can even attempt to place them in your cart so either the employees and keeping the shoes themselves to resell or sizelaunches allows bots who quickly purchase every pair available or even worst both. Either way you, trying to purchase off of your phone/computer, have ABSOLUTELY no chance in hell of getting a pair. Would give 0 stars if possible and will be suggesting to Apple to have it removed.

They steal your money when you lose in a raffle and don’t send back a refund that a hard working person works for I want to find a way to file a report because I spend. $215 and they never refunded me after they say if your successful we will ship your item to the address provided and if your not successful you’ll get your money back sooo where is it at SIZE I NEED MH MONEY BACK. NOWWW AND CHECK YIUR EMAIL ❗️❗️❗️❗️

Literally the worst sneaker app ever just to enter a raffle for any shoes you have to pay the price of the sneaker up front plus the international shipping and your not even guaranteed a pair. Then you have to wait 10 business days at the minimum for your money to be credited back to your account when your not selected. By far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a sneaker app. I would give zero stars if possible these people are crooks to the highest level DO NOT DOWNLOAD !

I have won a pair of Jordan 6 quai 54 on here I got the wrong size as well as I got response from the company I live in Richmond Va. I opened a case with PayPal. I paid for a pair of shorts and a shirt and only shorts came and no shirt. I entered another raffle and didn’t win since I complained. Now I can’t get my money back. And every email they send me won’t allow my phone to open them up. And when I try to open app it just says loading what a waste of a good idea gone wrong. Please send my stuff

Entered a raffle for a new balance shoe release and got the notification that I had one and it still shows that I won on sizelaunches . About 5 minutes after receiving my order number I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I don’t see how you can raffle out more than what’s in stock. Very unprofessional and will not be using sizelaunches anymore.

Join sign up for any of their raffles. They don’t tell you that they’ll take the money out of your account until you’ve already entered the raffle. There’s no way to cancel and when you lose the raffle it takes up 10 business days to get a refund. With all of the raffles Size is holding over $1000 of mine. I will never enter a raffle with this company again

The shoe box was DAMAGED when it arrived. For some reason they send the shoe box itself without putting it in another box for protection which I find unprofessional. Other than that the shoes are authentic and a little over retail price which is fair.

Great app interface. Size conversion is not an issue. I’m in U.S. but the smashed shoe box was a shall we say SIze?able disappointment.
I wouldn’t mind even paying an extra $2 for a box. Hope this makes it to whomever matters in that department.

Really like this apps a lot very easy to use, I have won almost three time after using this apps, size make sure everyone gets a wins in a raffles ! Really like their effort ! :)

People are always upset about bots and backdooring pairs through store employees. Enter for the raffles on sizelaunches with pre-auth. You’ll eventually hit. Takes persistence. Not whining about bots and employees.

love sizelaunches. In in the US and I’ve won a raffle with sizelaunches and it was a smooth transaction. Also, I dig the selection of releases, some different stuff that the US sometimes and earlier drop dates too. Would recommend.

By far is the best app for shoes raffles . I havent won raffles this much from any other store by raffles than Size . sizelaunches is great. ive only been on it for maybe 8 months and i've got 6 or 7 pairs off sizelaunches.

sizelaunches is amazing. I’m here in the U.S. I pay a bit extra but I don’t mind at all. It’s better than buying off on StockX or other resellers! Just be careful with the size you enter for because the UK size chart differs from the U.S. size chart!! Won amazing raffles 🔥

Apps pretty cut and dry. Enter info, wait on raffle and see if you win. Been using for a few months and got a couple hype shoes. The only downfall is the loan, and it takes a while to get refunded. Just know what you’re getting into and it’s straight forward.

There are payment errors . Restart and clear
Cache and it willl work fine . I’ve won a few times . So people do win. Obviously I am
Not a bot. Size has fast shipping and great customer service

Cant speak for others but I’ve won a few shoes on sizelaunches . More than I won on END and SNS combined. Only gripe is that as mentioned by another user, the shoes don’t get shipped in a box, just a plastic with your shipping label. So sometimes the box can get damaged. Other than that, I like using sizelaunches .

Purchased some AirMax1’s. They shipped the sneaker in its original sneaker box and not in a extra box.... when the product arrived it arrived destroyed. Customer service took for ever to reply to me and would not pay for me to return the product. The cost to ship sneakers to England from the US is too expensive so I had to just keep the damaged product. Who ships sneakers in its original sneaker box? I will never shop with this company again.

Awful. Don’t waste your time. Went to buy a pair of shoes that were on the store until one minute before the release. When it hit time the shoes disappeared and could not even be selected. Wish I could give 0

For the past 2 months I just can’t seem to get past the screen that shows a picture of what I believe is the store front. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked for updates.

App says check back soon but never shows anything other than that message.
Why advertise something that doesn’t work?
Maybe get it fixed and do something about the profit merchants using bots to buy up all the stock

I waited for the ASICS Balloon Fiesta shoes and just a few hours before they released, the shoes and multiple other pairs disappeared off sizelaunches . There is no search function either. According to other reviews, orders to the US are cancelled even though they allow you to select United States as a country for shipping.

First off, their system does not save your personal information for faster checkout. Second, during checkout, sizelaunches would not let me complete my order after several attempts within the 5 minute reserve window and ended up losing my purchase because of it.

I am not sure who manages or oversees Technology at this company but a general improvement is needed. sizelaunches is unreliable as is the website on certain release days. In this day and age it should not be happening. A very poor level of development and more often than not leaves customers frustrated. You only have to read comments on social media to see that major improvements are needed in several areas. Rating is F.

When sizelaunches first came out I thought it was a great idea because it allows you to preselect your size, set up shipping information and even method of payment but when you actually need to use it two things happen sizelaunches freezes or the item sells out immediately which I find very strange and/or odd I’d even say this is just a way to fool customers. Not worth downloading it as you will never be able to purchase anything on sizelaunches . I’d rate sizelaunches at 0 out of 5 stars

What a great idea to have your size and card saved on releases...similar to the snkrs app..unfortunately sizelaunches is nothing but hot garbage and dissatisfaction. As i was waiting on the countdown to cop another pair of those buttery v2s to resale for 20 extra dollars sizelaunches decides to bend me over and tell me my size was out of stock immediately on release...so i went for the next size...and the next size....aaaand the next size...all in all i was left with no butters and an empty feeling in my heart..giving 1 star because i see potential..potential like a blind kid reading dr. Seuss to a kindergarten class.

I thought sizelaunches would give manual users a better chance of copping a high heat sneakers, the description of sizelaunches is almost too good to be true, like pre selecting the size and reserving the selected size for 5 minutes, once the count down reaches 0, also it allows you to store payment info and your address for faster checkout, I was excited to try and once the count down reached 0, it shows all sizes sold out as it refreshed when the count down hit 0, either they are selling what they don’t have or the bots eat through their stock before the page refreshes automatically, either way using sizelaunches, or even on their site, once the count down hits 0, it refreshes automatically as all sizes sold out.

I assume this site is bot friendly and must use them to cop any heat from this site, if you’re a manual user, don’t waste your chance on sizelaunches or their website. It’s magically sold out in every single size as it becomes available

No reason to get sizelaunches. Any “limited” sneaker will sell out before you even get a shot. I have a GB WiFi connection and I’m at the countdown clock and it hits zero and it immediately sells out. Don’t download sizelaunches. It’s a hoax. sizelaunches needs to be reported.

I just cooked over 20 pairs of yeezy black 350s on sizelaunches with my bot the other day. Was a breeze and gave no problems shipping all my orders within 2 days! Was able to resell all for fair price and pay my rent.
