MatchTennisApp is awesome! I'm so excited about it ...and so thankful it is now available. It has saved me tons of time already. I love the feature that sorts the tournament applicants by ranking so I can see if my daughter has a chance of getting into some of the higher level tournaments. What used to take me hours of looking at each applicant can now be accomplished with the touch of a button. It has so many helpful features it is hard to pick which ones I want to mention here. I like the calendar and auto reminders to enter tournaments. No more missing entry deadlines. I like knowing I can build my daughter's calendar months ahead of time and that I'll get an email reminder to enter. I also can see all the tournaments she has officially entered at the touch of a button. Another great feature is the "find a doubles partner" button. This will get better as more players use MatchTennisApp and as tournament directors use it to run their events. It is really nice to have this available when you don't know anyone in the tournament. No more having to deal with Facebook to try and find a partner. Yay! I could go on and on. I am super excited about future updates that I've heard are in the works. This already great app is only going to get better. I've heard they are looking to add UTR ratings on the applicants list. That will be unbelievable! This is a must have app for serious tennis players and their parents.

I love MatchTennisApp for organizing jr. tennis. So many great features from building a tournament calendar, sorting players in tournaments by ranking or UTR, medical forms, finding doubles partners, email reminders for tournament deadline, and email notifications of ranking changes. Tournament directors are starting to use it for communication so you don’t have to keep refreshing the USTA site for updates. The developers are super responsive if you have any questions or issues. They are always improving and adding to MatchTennisApp . Match! Tennis App is well worth the subscription price and makes the tennis parenting job a lot easier!

This is definitely not easy to use, nor does it save time. It’s just another layer in the many layers we are already using. If we’ve got to enter our player USTA numbers, why don’t events filter in automatically? What an extreme hassle! When I finally did get everything entered about half the time the competitor button wouldn’t even engage. How about adding a feature that says, ‘You’re about to disconnect your player. Are you sure you want to do that?’ I accidentally disconnected a player multiple times and not even sure how this occurred. If I’m following a particular child for a particular age group, isn’t it obvious that the same child with same USTA number would also be my child in the next age group!?! Very frustrating app. Would NOT recommend!

A great idea but it’s a bit clunky. Tournament search is difficult and MatchTennisApp misreads several tournaments so you miss ones you need and get ones you don’t. Tracking ranking for acceptance is a great thing but a lot of what MatchTennisApp provides can be found elsewhere. Contacting double partners is also good. In essence it is trying to offer what the USTA mobile app doesn’t (but should) but it crashes a lot and the info is not always available so searching is laborious. We tried the free month with a national tournament but then we were kicked off before the tournament started (no way to use the promo despite saying we could and no way to contact support unless you give a credit card). So a nice idea but messy overall.

I have been using MatchTennisApp for over two years. It has been very helpful in monitoring potential tournaments as well as figuring out the likelihood of being accepted into a tournament. My daughter recently used the virtual checkin and score reporting for a tournament and had no issues. Over the years we have had a couple of minor issues and every time we contacted support they were friendly, helpful, encouraging and resolved the problem.

I really want to love MatchTennisApp because the concept and features are great, but in the few days that I've had it, it has crashed, locked up several times when I click on fields in MatchTennisApp and it tells me that I'm offline when clearly I'm online and connected on my phone.
I just sent an email on this and hopefully these issues will be resolved.

We love Match! So helpful in so many ways. Easier to use through the www than on MatchTennisApp and worth the membership fee. Not sure how we would navigate the new USTA point system or the new USTA site without having Match! Also, very responsive when I have had to has a question through the texting system on their platform. Also, very easy to search for USTA, UTR and ITA tournaments. A must get app for any competitive tennis family.

If I could give MatchTennisApp a ZERO star review I would. I don’t know how you can charge $10 EA Month for app that is MANDATORY and have so many issues. It’s like you don’t care about the feedback. 1) I’ve used MatchTennisApp three times for my son’s tournament and it crashes, sends a notification (30 mins into the match) LATE if it sends one at all. 2) why make this mandatory if an official is going to sign players in anyways 3) inconsistent on how the score is to be submitted. This fee is really ridiculous on top of the tournament fees, especially for junior players who only play 1-2 times a month. You all need to get this figured out. VERY FRUSTRATING TO USE!

I find MatchTennisApp useful, pricey though. Paid $100 for a year. There is one problem though. MatchTennisApp on my iPad freezes on the initial screen and doesn’t load. It happens about 40-50% of time. Unacceptable for a such an expensive app. Please fix it quickly.

Great support for finding and connecting with doubles partners for events.

Also, a great way to organize colleges in our search. Using this site for organizing for colleges would have been a much more economical than some of the larger recruiting sites like NCSA. This would have saved me $1600.

I honestly can’t believe USTA is using such a bad app for tennis tournaments. I get that we are in difficult social times, but honesty, MatchTennisApp makes things worse.

Pages don’t load or refresh, notifications come hours late (and thus will make you late for your match), it duplicates names, doesn’t consistently validate check ins, navigation is horrible... etc.

I will never use MatchTennisApp again.

What an incredible time saver for the junior players. No more wasted time trying to figure out if your getting into a tournament because you can sort by ranking. Also love that you added UTR so you can evaluate your matches. Great job and well worth the monthly subscription.

My daughter has been playing National usta tournaments for the past 4 years. MatchTennisApp is incredible and improvements are continuously behind made to the product. The recent Utr integration is awesome. The $10/month cost is totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I really love all the features and how easy it is to keep track of my players schedules and rankings etc. Unfortunately it seems to have glitches. For example, when I want to add a tournaments on their event calendar, the homepage is blank where we search for the tournament. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or I need the upgrade? It’s definitely a great tool for parents and coaches.

Downloaded the free trial subscription. Used MatchTennisApp and thought it was great to have everything at your fingertips. I found it very useful. When my free trial expired i wanted to purchase the subscription, but decided not to when it was going to cost me $10.00 a month. In my opinion that is a ridiculous price. I’m keeping my money!

MatchTennisApp makes it easy to navigate a tourney. I’ve emailed on three different occasions with questions or glitches and they responded back within 30 minutes every time. Nice surprise!

Great app. Helps our family keep all of my son’s tournaments organized. Easy to navigate, register for tournaments, keep track of player stats (linked with UTR APP), and tournament updates. Definitely a must have for a tennis parent.

The only reason I deal with it is because the USTA requires it. App takes up to 15 minutes to open. Most times I can’t log in at all. New message notification is not working. I can’t remove my daughter from the doubles request list because the chat button is in the way. Notifications to report to a court are late. It generates tons of useless emails.

MatchTennisApp has all of the right concept and all the failed execution. Features are broken and the user navigation doesn’t make sense. MatchTennisApp emails updates but those same notifications cannot be found in MatchTennisApp . MatchTennisApp is nothing but links out to other apps and sites so you constantly leave MatchTennisApp . So utterly disappointed.

MatchTennisApp is super easy to use and very helpful. You can easily see your tournaments coming up with the calendar feature. You can also easily access rankings and UTRs through MatchTennisApp. All around very helpful. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

I understand it’s still in progress but too many bugs. Even subscription doesn’t work properly, you subscribe and pay and then it keeps asking you for subscription again and another payment 🤔
