The only reason I deal with it is because the USTA requires it. App takes up to 15 minutes to open. Most times I can’t log in at all. New message notification is not working. I can’t remove my daughter from the doubles request list because the chat button is in the way. Notifications to report to a court are late. It generates tons of useless emails.

This app has all of the right concept and all the failed execution. Features are broken and the user navigation doesn’t make sense. The app emails updates but those same notifications cannot be found in the app. The app is nothing but links out to other apps and sites so you constantly leave the app. So utterly disappointed.

This is definitely not easy to use, nor does it save time. It’s just another layer in the many layers we are already using. If we’ve got to enter our player USTA numbers, why don’t events filter in automatically? What an extreme hassle! When I finally did get everything entered about half the time the competitor button wouldn’t even engage. How about adding a feature that says, ‘You’re about to disconnect your player. Are you sure you want to do that?’ I accidentally disconnected a player multiple times and not even sure how this occurred. If I’m following a particular child for a particular age group, isn’t it obvious that the same child with same USTA number would also be my child in the next age group!?! Very frustrating app. Would NOT recommend!
