Force Stop the Compass Cloud App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Compass Cloud app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Compass Cloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Compass Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Compass Cloud app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Compass Cloud.
