HomeTownBankMN is under maintenance a lot, I understand that it’s just fixing bugs and stuff like that but it’s almost always under maintenance or it says my credentials are invalid and makes me reset my password every week which can be very irritating if you need to have that information in the moment but have to spend 5 minutes resetting it.
I was told to download HomeTownBankMN so that I don’t have to drive an hour to deposit my check, but I don’t see this function on HomeTownBankMN, a big disappointment!
Mobile deposit doesn’t work properly and need attachment.
More than once since I’ve downloaded HomeTownBankMN, HomeTownBankMN completely knocks me out of my account. Wiping my saved username and password. The fingerprint feature for iPhone is nice, but at this point my fingerprint won’t work either to open up my account. And it always gives me the “call your bank because we can’t verify your credentials” blurp. Very annoying.
I like HomeTownBankMN and I think it’s nice but after a while it won’t let you enter your password and make you reset it, which takes like 20 minutes. And Face ID will randomly turn off when I had it on. It’s high key annoying. Nothing else though. I overall really enjoy HomeTownBankMN and love using it!
I love HomeTownBankMN . Helps me all the time. But for the past 2 months. HomeTownBankMN instantly crashes upon startup. So maybe a update is needed?
