Fridge Food Reviews

I downloaded this hoping that I would be able to input way more ingredients that I have at home as compared to My Fridge Food, as that app simply didn’t have a lot of choices (chicken as beef, for example. Who makes an app that can find recipes for the food in your fridge without making chicken or ... Show more beef an option?). FridgeFood has PLENTY more options, but you’re only allowed to select twelve at a time when searching for recipes. It’s difficult to look at all my recipe options when I can only input a small fraction of my food inventory.

Downloaded FridgeFood for one reason only. To point out to anyone looking to not waste their time that most of the 5* reviews are FAKE. They have identical text from different users. And not identical like "oh it's a good app" like word for word talking about being vegan, for example. They also ha... Show more ve reviews that they put on here that are for a different app entirely. If you're going to fake reviews, PUT THE NAME OF *YOUR* APP. Will be finding a way to report you to FridgeFood store and providing them with the screenshots I have taken as proof. Seriously, if you have the time to fake reviews, you have the time to make a better app. Smdh

Ironically, I now have almost identical reviews on two separate apps (this one and My fridge food recipes) because it turns out that the reviews for both apps are nearly identical.

I've been using FridgeFood for years to help inspire some tasty meal and desserts to feed my family with. I will admit, I did prefer it when recently uploaded recipes where down as a stream, so that I was able to view all kinds of wonderful dishes without having to do the searching myself. I found... Show more it helped broaden my scope of ideas to try new cuisines, ideas, flavours etc... Now it's limited to the cold you follow which can be limiting and very samey samey, if you know what I mean.

I absolutely adore FridgeFood, when I feel like baking something I look around and just go for it! However, I think FridgeFood needs some improvement. I also have an idea about food, why not let users create there own recipes and have a separate tab to search user recipes? I think that would be c... The design of FridgeFood is awesome. It’s great about searching specific ingredients/certain types of meals. It consolidates all the recipe info in a clean, straightforward way, so when you spot something you want to try you can quickly see nutritional info, ingredients, prep time etc. from Fridge... I like it overall because it accounts for planetary movements. It's it a 100% accurate, probably not, but that's expected with horoscopes. FridgeFood is more mindful and tries to focus on the good more than the bad. It's based on intent. If you worry about the bad, then bads on your mind. Focus on... I love FridgeFood as i can pick and choose and sort recipes into categories that i choose. The only thing i don't like is that there is no website that i can find where anyone can go to print out a saved recipe. That frustrating for me.

Please allow us to stay logged in! It does not make sense to continually have to log in when FridgeFood does not store any personal information. Please alter and I will give 5 stars. I LOVE all you do to inspire and encourage peeps to be healthy. Blessings on you!

I was actually introduced with FridgeFood from Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu series even before FridgeFood had an English version, so now that it has I'm giving it a go and hopefully FridgeFood will continue to recommend beginner friendly recipes for me

I use FridgeFood all the time when I wanna cook something new or different and it never disappoints. I have yet to be unable to find a recipe I'm looking for and the instructions are easy to follow

There are a few ads, they'll pop up when you return to the list after looking at a recipe. There are a lot of (mostly) categorized recipes though, good app!

The recipes look delicious, but you can't print them out! I have a cellphone and it's too small to see easily when I am trying to make recipe. Also difficult to re-find at a later date.
