I want to bring this to someone’s attention because it is the last straw. I will be deleting ShiekhShoes. ShiekhShoes has a serious issue. When i click on someone’s instagram on tinder a message pops up and says, “Would you like to open this in the “SHEIKH” app?” Why would i ever want to do that. No i don’t so ShiekhShoes keeps doing that for multiple other apps i have and for that reason i am deleting. You guys need to consult your IT Guy because this is embarrassing.

i downloaded ShiekhShoes to find good looking shoes and i was beyond disappointed because i look at my favorite companies shoes and y’all barely got any of the companies shoes and what yall did to Dr. Martins is not okay because if i was them i would sue yall for real putting they ugliest shoes on their and when i went to go look for boots for women all of them were hideous and i felt like i was let down so its a 0/5 stars for me personally

Zero stars. ShiekhShoes is horrible. There’s a shoe I want to buy and it’s “app accessible only”, that’s why I had to download this mess. I can’t even buy the shoes because my transaction keeps declining and it tells me to try again later, with no success. Don’t make a shoe app accessible only if your app doesn’t even work.

Ordered a pair of heels only to find out there is not order history to address the debit from my account. I cannot call customer service as there is not “contact us” option to track my order because no order exists and not email receipt was sent. Only a debit from my bank account. What a scam!!!!! ShiekhShoes is crap!!!!

ShiekhShoes hardly ever load the pictures when you click on New Release or even try to see what shoes they have on ShiekhShoes . Can’t even enter raffles because when you try to select the shoe size the sizes don’t come up ShiekhShoes closes out a lot as well

Probably my order was an outlier in the system, but so many issues. ShiekhShoes looks easy to use but from my experience it can glitch. I ordered some shoes for delivery to my home but it switch to store pick up. I never received a confirmation email of my order, I talked to customer service and they do answer me but I never received the information that I needed about my order other then its ready. Some people probably have had a better experience then me but would not use ShiekhShoes to buy items anymore

ShiekhShoes is easy to navigate and easy to checkout and browse. However, the shoes on ShiekhShoes are different than if you were to go to the website on google... some of the brands aren’t on ShiekhShoes and some aren’t on the website... and on ShiekhShoes , shoe prices seem to be higher than on the website 👀

I never win the drawings online but I do at the stores here in California so that’s a plus for me and it’s better than any other sneaker app for drawings

I only have one question, does ShiekhShoes deliver because I don’t feel like going all the way out to California.

First time ever using ShiekhShoes and store and i hit on a pair of Jordan’s i wanted and to top it off it’s my birthday..thanks for making it that much better and i will definitely be doing more shopping with this store

Ok. So the shoe sizes are listed. Out of order. Weird. Also no option for shoe width or wide shoes.

I Just Bought 140$ worth and I clicked past orders nun popped up , what a waste . Don’t even waste your time smh .

ShiekhShoes does not work! Tried to click on my cart to check out and ShiekhShoes closes! Waste of my time!

Created accounts on both Shiekh websites. Shiekh.com and this app.com so I can enter a raffle. I can logon just fine on the websites using a pc but ShiekhShoes won’t let me logon using those same credentials! Not sure where the issue is but I’m 110% sure I’m using the correct pw.

So I ordered a package about a week ago and it still hasn’t came so like when’s it gonna come before I ask for a refund

There needs to be a bigger variety of shoes for men’s i was looking for vapor max and they were all of the bad colors and they just don’t have what i’m looking for.

Easy to navigate as well as find the shoes you want!
