How to fix SmokeFree app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SmokeFree app on iPhone
Update SmokeFree app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SmokeFree iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SmokeFree on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SmokeFree network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SmokeFree Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SmokeFree not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SmokeFree App
1. On android, goto Settings » SmokeFree » click [Force Stop]

Update SmokeFree to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SmokeFree App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SmokeFree » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SmokeFree.

Fix SmokeFree unable to contact server/ SmokeFree internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SmokeFree » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SmokeFree » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SmokeFree
