Still does not work for RNI registered Dutchmen
Despite the announcement and the subsequent updates since, DigiD still doesn’t work for Dutch nationals, living abroad and registered in the Registratie Niet-Ingezeten. In fact, DigiD even gives an error stating the this app app cannot be activated because I’m registered at an address outside of The Netherlands. Well, isn’t that the whole point?!? I’m very disappointed with DigiD and also with the customer service this app provides to resolve issues. They just copy and paste long lists of “solutions” that have absolutely no relevance for my situation……

Poor Design & Function
Dear this app Programmers & Institutions using DigiD Service,
There are a plethora of functions which don’t run. Logging in is a frustrating hassle. As well, changing your phone number is impossible. DigiD crashes constantly. The best recommendation is for the designers to trash the this app app, and start over again with all of the malfunctions in mind; and/or all the websites and institutions that require the this app app services must switch to a new and improved app other than this app which actually works.

It works fine but it’s crazy how all of your personal data is stored in one government website. No privacy whatsoever. Europeans seem to be ok with that. Crazy.

Terrible user experience
Both DigiD and the web have fatal user experience flaws that make DigiD in this case a real pain to activate. Onboarding new users has never been more frustrating than with DigiD.

ID check does not work
The ID scan always fails for my residence ID, followed the steps online & tried several times with 3 iPhones. It simply doesn’t work!

Werkt voor 95%
Inloggen op websites werkt uitstekend. Berichtenbox ondersteunt de this app app jammer genoeg nog niet. En andere apps kunnen succesvol mijn paspoort scannen, maar met this app app lukt het niet.

Doesn’t work
DigiD won’t complete the ID check despite trying 2 forms of ID and following all troubleshooting tips. I’m unable to login without the ID check.

Whenever I try to login’an error has occurred’. Government agency with unlimited budget still not able to create a way to log in securely.

Hanging that can’t continue
I can not compleet my signing in. I have activated my accound. Now I get 4 letters that are not qr codes that is asked to continue

Onmogelijk
Ik ben 84 jr oud en ik heb een laptop die kan ik goed gebruiken. Voorheen kon ik gewoon met login naam en password inloggen. Maar nu NIET MEER. Ben ik nu gedwongen om honderden Euros te betalen voor een phone/abonnement etc ? En weer iets nieuws te leren of iemand te vragen om hulp zo als deze bericht. Onmogelijk app.
