Toca Life World Status

Every time I load into the app it’s fine but when I got into shop or houses it stays on the same loading screen all day I’ve waiting minutes for this and I don’t know why it happens. My internet is fine, I have fully updated the game, I have resented my iPad but it still doesn’t worked, it done this for the last couple weeks. What do I do? I really wanna play my game.

It will not let me get into my house it will freezer

My daughter is trying to go into a building but it just say loading. Nothing happens. Why?

Fore 3 years my daughter has designed a lot of houses, bought many different areas and gotten a lot of gifts from the post office. But now now the game has deleted it all except for the areas. How can she get it all back? I hope to hear from you soon Best Bitten Bech

On my chromebook, Toca world won’t load, just boots up to a white screen then freezes. Have tried uninstalling and clearing cache and nothing works

i want to click a place to go when i log into my world but it never loads and my wifi is perfect and it's completely updated

I was in the app this morning and my houses in Toca Boca were all complete and furnished. Tonight when I opened the app again, all of my houses were empty and all of my gifts were gone. Is there a way to get the furnished houses back and the gifts back? How do I prevent this from happening again?

Every time my daughter logs into toca boca world it loads but when she clicks on a building it goes off and takes her back to Home Screen . She loves this game but we bought a lot of items and towns when she got her new phone it’s not giving her everything we had bought

Toca Boca not working just keeps loading!

My daughter loves this game, but it has been crashing for awhile now. It will load and then when she tries to go into a world or a house it crashes and goes back to home screen. Please fix this issue! I am a desperate mama!

Whenever trying to enter a building app quits and goes to the Home Screen. Have tried restarting iPad, installed all the latest updates including latest released on 5/15. What does force data on restart do? Will this delete the world and all purchases and setups?

It works if I load into a world but when I try to go to a house or a building in Toca world it just keeps loading!!

My daughter has lost all her progress she was working on since last July disappeared last week. She opened up the program and all her work was missing. How do we retrieve her pass progress. Help!!!

I'm having the same issues! I can get into the game but when I try to go to a house or anywhere, the game freezes on the loading screen and just stays there. I have spent a lot of money on this game for my daughter. Fix it, please! It's my daughters favorite game! What is going on? What do I need to do to get things moving along?!

My daughters to a life won’t load her houses and gets stuck on the loading screen. How do we fix it

My daughter is having the same issues as alot of other users on here. Game loads to the home screen, select a building then the app crashes. I've spent a fair bit of money on this game so can the developers sort this out ASAP please.

I play toca boca for a week now, i loved the game but when i open the app and click a building it goes to the loading screen and then it freezes. Please fix it cuz its a wonderful game.

Won’t load and has been stuck for two weeks despite updating

The game crashes when my daughter enters a house etc. This game has had many add ons and $$$$$ it would be lovely if you could fix this issue. Thankyou it’s a fantastic App!

I have put countless hours and many dollars into this app and it is not working. When I go into the app it loads, but when I click a building it takes me to my home screen. It keeps exiting me out of the app. I have spent so much money on this game. Please fix it. :(

Toca life keeps crashing and keeps taking me off the game . When I go to the buildings it says loading then it crashes and resets everything . Then the characters I create don’t show up . I think the new Toca life update is the problem

When my son clicks on the app to play it will load but when he clicks on a building to play it immediately goes back to the Home Screen. I have spent several dollars on this game for him. Please fix this issue!

Downloaded Toca Life today to do the earth day event since we have several other Toca games my kids are obsessed with. The problem is that all buildings are black when it loads and it’s crashing if I do anything, even browse the store. My kids are so disappointed they can’t play. Please fix this so we can play.

Can get in the Houses

In the last couple of days, Toca World has...gone weird! Characters hovering in mid air, items misaligned, then the game reset...twice. The first time Toca World reset I wondered if I'd switched it off during a 'save' and it was my error. But now it glitches and resets (e.g. characters resume original clothes) while the app is open. And when I closed and reopened the app, all the houses etc reset. Before these last few days, the app was seamless. Since the update (since the striped screens started saying 'loading' and 'saving') it's not really been playable, unfortunately. Maybe there was an update that my device can't handle? Thanks for any advice on an otherwise great game.
