I can't book a car nor open one booked via PC because your app crashes. Any solution? I have a samsung galaxy s8 / android sw

To resolve Mobilize‎ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Mobilize‎ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mobilize‎ » click [Force Stop]

Clear Mobilize‎ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mobilize‎ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mobilize‎.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mobilize‎ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mobilize‎ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mobilize‎
