So my teenage son decided he wanted to stay up all night and sleep all day at school. I tried my best to get him on his sleep schedule but it was all so exhausting. I was wanting a way to track his sleep but also give him a visual cue for appropriate times to be asleep or awake. That’s when I found this app. We’ve used this for a week now and things have completely turned around for us. I know this is intended for younger kids but this is great for a person with autism who has low concept of time- he can look right at the face and see if he’s supposed to be awake or asleep! I can use the baby monitor function to make sure he’s not sneaking his tv on in the middle of the night. The sound notifications allow me to know he’s in his room playing or watching a show and not taking an “illegal nap” that would throw his schedule off! It’s been a wonderful tool, and my son feels more responsible for his own sleep schedule now, he’s having much better days at school because he’s getting more rest and he’s having less behaviors! The this app has had its glitches but they’ve seemed to be easy fixes and it has worked well for us! REMI could be marketed to help the autism community!

It’s such a great idea and my daughter loves the clock but the ap seems to always have problems. I just plugged it back in after having it unplugged a while (bc it wouldn’t work) and now all of the timers for waking up / bed time are set three & four times. I have twenty different alarms set in the ap & cant get them to delete. The listen / talk feature is extremely spotty and sometimes the time on the clock arbitrarily changes itself. Plus the Bluetooth never works when my daughter tries to play music on her own. We do love the clock and the idea, just wish it would work!

REMI works as a controller to the product but certain features don't work, such as the baby monitor feature, it's just forever "connecting" this feature is one of the main features to the product, so you can imagine my frustration. After much work I finally got REMI to work.

I brough two remis for my twins, a blue one for my boy and a pink one for my girl, I am very satified with them. My Twins love play music and go to sleep when this app close his eyes. And wake up with music and this app’s happy face. REMI is easy to use, Love monitoring my childs when I’m not at home and speak with them by REMI and this app.
I had two issues and Urban Hello Support was excellent. I recomend this product and REMI 100% 👍🏻

Constantly fighting with REMI connection. It’s been an ongoing fight for almost two years and frustrates me all the time! Wish I could get it corrected or find another item.

For some reason, my clock keeps getting set back 20 minutes when my phone moves out of range. It's really messing up my son's alarm.

The this app sleep aid is a great concept, but REMI, which is necessary for almost all the features, is terrible. Constant bugs, very poorly translated instructions (the designers/company is French and apparently wasn’t willing to pay for proper translations).

We’ve had it three days and it has disconnected, logged out, or otherwise lost connection 3 times. Right now I can’t even log back in because something is wrong with the username password data field and it just says ‘data is in the wrong format’.
