The searching and filtering is trash

The filtering doesn’t work right. Why am I getting rentals in my results when I’m looking for a single family home? Also there aren’t enough things to filter on. The price ranges are nonsensical. You go from 500k to 1 million dollars??? I thumbs down all the houses I didn’t want, then you tell me to come back later?

GoMLS could request showing on the go while with clients in the field. This just shows information about the property like in realist. There is a message option to message the listing agent but that never works as it only messages them in Remine . So if they don’t have Remine then no answer. This is actually a downgrade from GoMLS! What use is Remine if you can’t request showings?! This is supposed to be a useful tool for agents.

I think this is the first time I leave a review for an app, but I have to say this is by far the worst app I’ve used in my real estate career. Terrible execution when searching for properties, and once you find what you’re looking for, it doesn’t show the pictures on the link when shared. On of them, it says “off market” when seconds earlier I was looking at that active listing through their app. I miss the GoMLS days!

The application is good for nothing! It gives only wrong information! The listing are not accurate, it lists only a few properties, it confuses the ones pending, closed sales, etc. and shows them as active. That application is a total mess!
We all need to contact the Board of Realtors to get a better application. We are paying a lot of money to the Board but not to get this kind of garbage!

Remine is absolutely garbage. I wish we could go back to our MLSgo app. The sold comps component doesn’t work, schools are wrong, you can’t make showing request. This is absolutely garbage. I will be reaching out to the board Monday to beg for an alternate solution. If they don’t have a real solution I’ll be moving both my brokerages out of the association. This is garbage. We need technology that works

Just like their MLS products this is bottom of the barrel junk. Bugs. Errors. Doesn’t work. Hard to use when it does work.
If you software done by people that don’t understand real estate this is for you. Otherwise they need to go back to the drawing board and radically improve their offerings.

Only browser site is working. Thankfully my MLS is paying for service. I would not be happy if I had to pay for a service whose mobile app was not working. Not working on my IPhone Xr with most recent IOS for several weeks now.
Browser version works fine. Place fix iPhone apps version. Thank you
My clients complained they can’t log in nor downloaded .

I have logged into Remine and since then Remine has not been functioning. It doesn’t even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck at all. Please get this fixed. I love using Remine on the go. However, this issue is not allowing for that.

Completely junk as far as I’m concerned. If I could 0 star this, I would! I downloaded it and deleted faster then it took to download. Remine being tied to the real estate site I use has completely ruined it. Waste of time. Terrible product I hope this helps others.

Doesn’t offer enough filters to find homes. In the “discover” tab there’s no way to eliminate homes that are too small, that don’t have enough bedrooms or even eliminate homes to rent. Needs a LOT of work before I’d use this tool in my home search.

I totally agree with previous review! Horrible!!! Useless!!! Doesn’t work when I tried to click on the listing, it’s always says Error and only empty page shows up. I have to delete Remine and reinstall. Useless!!!

The best interface for Realtors but the search did not find many listings on MLS. I have tried even using their mls id and address, but only shows off market.

Guys,
As an agent, I love Remine and I find it very useful tool helping gathering more information when I am going through the listing process of someone’s home.
But as of recent, I can’t even open Remine . PLEASE fix!!! Any time I want to use it, I have to delete it from my phone and then re-download!

The product is great. Just I would give Remine five stars if it were slightly easier to use.

REMINE is the WORST - MOST TERRIBLE TRANSACTION SOFTWARE that I have ever been mandated to use for Business. As a GEORGIA REALTOR I spent 3 TIMES what I used to spend doing Transactions . . . The Software Is Clunky, Time Consuming and Quite Honestly . . . VERY VERY ANNOYING! If your Real Estate Licensing Board wants to sign up for ReMine . . . STOP THEM BEFORE YOU BECOME - - VICTIM TO - - THIS HORRENDOUS TRANSACTION PLATFORM - LIKE 40,000 Georgia Realtors have. Follow the money if they do!

Simply put, I purchased 400 postcard mailers for my business through Remine for just under $400. These were for our property management business. Remine uses the USPS to ship them. Anyone in Real Estate knows that you always receive some mailers back as non deliverable. We usually avg about 5% return, sometimes more. We should have received at least 20 of these back as non deliverable, or return to sender. Not one postcard was mailed. Folks that work for us that were supposed to receive one did not get one. The Managing Broker did not get hers. We have clients that did not receive one. Most importantly, not one was returned as Non Deliverable. That's just not possible when mailing to non occupied home owners. The USPS simply says they were delivered, so Remine just says not our problem. Well, I did not do my business with the USPS for these postcards. I did my business with Remine. They should own up to the fact that the USPS blew it. We don't want a refund. We want the mailers shipped! I will never do business with Remine again and make sure those that I know in Real Estate don't either. They should do the right thing and mail them!
