Don’t buy a Remi

Constantly fighting with the app connection. It’s been an ongoing fight for almost two years and frustrates me all the time! Wish I could get it corrected or find another item.
Unreliable - constant bugs

The REMI sleep aid is a great concept, but this app, which is necessary for almost all the features, is terrible. Constant bugs, very poorly translated instructions (the designers/company is French and apparently wasn’t willing to pay for proper translations).
We’ve had it three days and it has disconnected, logged out, or otherwise lost connection 3 times. Right now I can’t even log back in because something is wrong with the username password data field and it just says ‘data is in the wrong format’.
Great idea

It’s such a great idea and my daughter loves the clock but the ap seems to always have problems. I just plugged it back in after having it unplugged a while (bc it wouldn’t work) and now all of the timers for waking up / bed time are set three & four times. I have twenty different alarms set in the ap & cant get them to delete. The listen / talk feature is extremely spotty and sometimes the time on the clock arbitrarily changes itself. Plus the Bluetooth never works when my daughter tries to play music on her own. We do love the clock and the idea, just wish it would work!
