Not efficient
GoMLS could request showing on the go while with clients in the field. This just shows information about the property like in realist. There is a message option to message the listing agent but that never works as it only messages them in the app. So if they don’t have the app then no answer. This is actually a downgrade from GoMLS! What use is the app if you can’t request showings?! This is supposed to be a useful tool for agents.

Terrible
I think this is the first time I leave a review for an app, but I have to say this is by far the worst app I’ve used in my real estate career. Terrible execution when searching for properties, and once you find what you’re looking for, it doesn’t show the pictures on the link when shared. On of them, it says “off market” when seconds earlier I was looking at that active listing through their app. I miss the GoMLS days!

GARBAGE!
The application is good for nothing! It gives only wrong information! The listing are not accurate, it lists only a few properties, it confuses the ones pending, closed sales, etc. and shows them as active. That application is a total mess! We all need to contact the Board of Realtors to get a better application. We are paying a lot of money to the Board but not to get this kind of garbage!
