How to fix Drivvo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drivvo app on iPhone
Update Drivvo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drivvo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drivvo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drivvo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Drivvo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Drivvo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drivvo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drivvo » click [Force Stop]

Update Drivvo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drivvo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drivvo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drivvo.

Fix Drivvo unable to contact server/ Drivvo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drivvo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drivvo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Drivvo
