Also, had issues with PassportPhotoGenius and there was no customer support. Wouldn’t recommend to any one. Better apps out there.
I’m going to dispute the charges as soon as my bank lets me. The resolutions of the photos are low and cannot be used for official use.

I created a US passport photo for $5.99 one time charge and it saved a normal photo to camera. It charged me $5.99 to use my camera…in small print it mentions having it emailed to you too. Except I been waiting for it. Beware it is not something you receive right away….
No customer service. They don’t respond to emails. DIGITAL PICTURES DO NOT FOR ONLINE RENEWAL. Wish I could give it 0 stars!
I took picture and paid fee. Photo quality was too low for USA passport upload. Theough the passport site they have there own cropping tools dont waste the money here.
They charge you 3 bucks to save your photo to your photos. I don’t have a problem with that. I do have a problem with no photo being saved to my photo albums. I give it zero out of 5 stars.
What’s the point to have a picture saved without knowing how to print it at the size required , or be instructed how to do it ?

After struggling with it to take the photo i finally got it but now how i suppose to order it to print? No option to do it.

This is awesome! I went to numerous stores that does photo services and non could get me electronic copy of a photo. During this period of pandemic every submission of any kind of document has to be send via emails. While surfing the internet I came across this awesome platform and I’m giving it thumbs up!
