Close and restart the DMP app on iPhone
Update DMP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DMP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DMP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DMP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix DMP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DMP app issues:

Force Stop the DMP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DMP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DMP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DMP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DMP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DMP.

Fix DMP unable to contact server/ DMP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DMP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DMP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DMP on android.
