Contact Print Photo Support

Today I placed an order and received incorrect sizes (8x8 instead of 8x10 and 4x4 instead of 5x7). I was told by the store clerk there was nothing he could do and I needed to reorder. So I submitted a new order but the same problem occurred again (I have screenshots showing which sizes I ordered but apparently it is showing up differently on Walgreens end). Both times I was not given a notification that the sizes had been changed (maybe due to photo quality, but if so the app should have given me this warning) and both times the Walgreens clerk told me to resubmit a new order through the same malfunctioning app. Very frustrating. Will deleting this app and not be using Walgreens photo in the future.

I used this app to order pictures to be delivered to my house and paid for the expedited shipping and they did NOT come in time. I tried to find a number to call and ask for them to refund my shipping fees but no number was to be found. I emailed their customer service support address twice and never heard back. This app shows it’s linked to Walgreens however when I called both 1-800 Walgreens AND an actual Walgreens store neither person I spoke to had ever ever heard of this app and therefore couldn’t help resolve my situation. I did finally get the pictures, but they were 4 days later than when they should have arrived. Not impressed at all and will never use this app again!

This app was very simple to use but very poor quality. I ordered pictures from my phone with this app two different times. The first pictures were fuzzy and I blamed it on the picture quality. I ordered a second batch of different photos from the app and the photos were very fuzzy again. The quality of these photos on the phone was very good but did not reflect that in the prints. I thought I would try a third time and used the same phots as the second time, tried editing them and the quality looked great in the app. But once again the print quality was horrible! When I upload the same photos to Walgreens website and print, they turn out great! I will be deleted this app!
