OnelifeFitness is great and the optional barcode pop up is very useful. However, they need to update the gym hours in real time. More than once I’ve showed up to a empty closed gym after seeing “open” on OnelifeFitness . Along with the “open” hours being displayed. OnelifeFitness does not do a best job telling gym members that the gym is in fact closed not open. Please fix this, thank you for reading.
So first, I’m not find this to be a very helpful app in that there is no list of classes that are available in my area shown on OnelifeFitness . A reservation system for lap swim and for the warm therapy pool is available, but no list of which classes are held at available times to choose from, such as Aqua Fit, etc. The second thing, and even more concerning, is that the developer has seemingly not updated the privacy settings in awhile. At the end of OnelifeFitness page, it states this quite clearly. I will be deleting OnelifeFitness from my phone and, quite frankly I’m not sure why someone would put it on their phone with the lack of security.
Class instructors are asking us to use OnelifeFitness to sign up for classes since New Year is coming and class sizes may become an issue. However, when I downloaded OnelifeFitness and attempted to sign in, I keep getting error message Account not found. I called my Dawsonville location and was told that I just need to keep trying because OnelifeFitness is having issues. I’ve tried over and over for a couple days now and still have the Account not found error. Frustrating experience. I love the fitness center, but OnelifeFitness needs some help.
I don’t ever write reviews. This needs it. I’ve been told many a times I can cancel my account through app or online account. When you put in the request it goes nowhere.
I’ve received multiple penalties for not checking in, when I literally checked in via OnelifeFitness barcode and the front desk.
What is the point of OnelifeFitness when nothing actually works and instead you penalize or make your members lives harder. Hire an app developer who knows what they’re doing and fix this.
New app removes ability for clients to view their training session balances. In addition they have a new practice of expiring all sessions after 90 day which is a change in their contract. I have been going to this gym for more than 10 years and it should be illegal to change contact and app to hide their theft of a clients session. There is no way to see any of this detail any longer. Good job some one should have a class action lawsuit against these practices.
I can’t register for classes because it won’t allow me to register my home club. I press the Next button, and nothing. There’s no help or info place to call and when I click the link to Motionvibe, there is no way to reach out to anyone from there. It’s like they are trying NOT to help. So now I have to go to my gym and complain that OnelifeFitness doesn’t work and have them manually sign me up for classes. What a waste of everyone’s time. Hopefully they make fixes to OnelifeFitness to make it usable.
The only reason I even used OnelifeFitness in the first place was to keep track of my daily/yearly check-ins every time I scanned my barcode. It helps me to track and maintain my schedule. Super frustrating, the Onelife Atlanta app was wayyyy better. But it’s no longer synced and no longer tracks my check-ins as there has been a system update and it requires me to use this lame app :( 👎👎👎👎
I like OnelifeFitness & use it often—mostly good experience all around. However after the most recent update (around Feb 16, 2021) to 4.4.1 I’m having issues where the front page won’t load completely (only loads the top banner—none of the lower banners for group fitness, etc...). I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled OnelifeFitness , logged off & back in, but it’s still acting buggy. I just missed signing up for the class I wanted tomorrow because the classes banner wouldn’t load. Now I’m #10 on the waitlist. I don’t see anywhere to report this bug...hopefully someone will see this & fix it. Thanks
Always good to know about classes and other locations, but…could be much more useful.
My personal trainer has to use text messages/email to share info. Why not use this platform?? Could also use it to have trainer provide a workout, which is then tailorable, and also a place to record progress!
This place does not care about cleaning or ensuring bathrooms are functional. Men’s toilets have been broken for weeks and the floors in the restrooms/locker rooms are horrendously filthy around the bathroom stalls. They are making plenty of money. Do better!! I recommend LA fitness if this place doesn’t get its act together. This comment is specific to the Burke location.
1. Instead of forcing to add to calendar every time you register, it would be good to have a setting where you can enable and it would automatically add every time for you.
2. The only calendar you can add to is your local iPhone calendar. It would be helpful if more options are given - Google calendar for example
3. OnelifeFitness does not give notifications when registration is open
4. I’m constantly having to force quit and refresh when going in every time to look at what classes are available, to register and to unregister. It should be able to refresh itself
5. It would be nice to be able to reorganize the list to your preference.
I wish that OnelifeFitness had an Apple Watch version so I could use it to scan in. I know they have the mini scan cards but I’d prefer not to bring any of that into the gym.
The club hours for Old Town are listed incorrectly on OnelifeFitness home page for today which led to me wasting my time going to a closed gym and prompting this review.
Also nothing happens when I register for a class and click “add to calendar.”
Sometimes while browsing classes they show incorrectly as if for days other than the day you clicked on.
The most convenient addition OnelifeFitness could have would be adding an apple wallet feature. It would be so convenient to be able to check in by pulling up my pass on my Apple Watch so that I don’t even need to bring my phone into the building with me since my watch already contains everything I need.
OnelifeFitness remains mediocre at best. For those members who need to keep an accurate count of gym visits — and there are many of us — beware. OnelifeFitness ’s “counter” frequently doesn’t log your gym visit. Despite complaints by members, this issue hasn’t been fixed.
Overall this has been a great app. I use it frequently to register for group classes. Once registered for a class there’s an option to “Add to Calendar “ and it stopped working at some point.
I think you have to go on their website and create your account there, then come to OnelifeFitness and sign in with that info. That's what worked for me anyway. Once you get in OnelifeFitness looks fine, haven't really used it yet.
I would like to add OnelifeFitness to my Home Screen on my iPad. I can’t find an option to do this. Before the update I did add it to my Home Screen but unfortunately it did not work so I have to come to OnelifeFitness Store, search for OnelifeFitness , etc.
For a couple of weeks I have not been able to access classes. I can access the screen that
Shied the various department but when I go to the All Classes, Group studio, Mind & Body, etc. all I get is a white screen. Gone to my list of apps but can’t find anything there to help. Please, please someone help me
Because I cannot register for classes or check in as well.
Works very well for everything I need. I like registering for classes to secure my place in class.
