How to fix Architecture app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Architecture app on iPhone
Update Architecture app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Architecture iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Architecture on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Architecture network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Architecture Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Architecture not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Architecture App
1. On android, goto Settings » Architecture » click [Force Stop]

Update Architecture to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Architecture App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Architecture » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Architecture.

Fix Architecture unable to contact server/ Architecture internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Architecture » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Architecture » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
