I'm having problems opening the app, whenever I try to open it, it says system error so I tried opening it on the laptop and it said IP address denied. Can this problem be fixed, please?

Hello, been using the Slowly app for over a year, have many penpals, I wrote a letter, tried sending it and the app went off, opened it again and it asks for login, I sign in with my email and it says my account doesn't exist, create a new one, how do we fix this.
