How to fix VitaFood app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VitaFood app on iPhone
Update VitaFood app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VitaFood iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VitaFood on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VitaFood network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VitaFood Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VitaFood not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VitaFood App
1. On android, goto Settings » VitaFood » click [Force Stop]

Update VitaFood to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VitaFood App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VitaFood » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VitaFood.

Fix VitaFood unable to contact server/ VitaFood internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VitaFood » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VitaFood » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
