FilmOn Live Television Status

Filmon just stopped working it’s just showing the FilmOn sign on the screen. It’s as if my subscription hasn’t been paid but it has been paid

Trying to watch recorded programs on both my iPad and iPhone but for the last three days it’s constantly buffering making it impossible to watch anything. Any suggestions to stop this. I’ve cleared all cookies and history. Thanks

Hi for the last three days at peak times i-e 1800 to 2100 I am having problems with continuous buffering . I checked my internet speed which is good , other laptops I pads etc work perfectly well , could you please advise Regards Terry

Hi, Suddenly, about six months ago, filmonTV started to freeze on the Freeview UK channels. This can be about every 15 to 30 mins and therefore, obviously very disruptive but always. I then have to select either a different program and switch back or select a different definition like HD and it usually reverts back to working for a few minutes. I have emailed the Filmon support many times and have given them far too many feedbacks and their asked for - checks of instant urls. It happens on my home fiber Wi-Fi PC (on multiple browsers) and iPhone & iPad on Wi-Fi and G4. It also freezes on other peoples Wi-Fi on I phone 12 pro. I keep asking Support to fix it or tell me what’s going on and they just come back asking me to do more multiple tests - when obviously the problem happens on different devices and different Internet feeds - it shouldn’t be at my end. Does this resonate with anybody else, and has anybody found a solution? I have an annual subscription fully paid up. BD

Programes keep freezing then restarting every few minutes.

Every few seconds it goes off then it comes on again and goes off again. It's really annoying as you can't follow any story,

I cannot access FilmOn on my iPhone , I keep getting asked for my password to access. This is constantly being refused although I am able to watch on my iPad.. help please, I have changed my iPhone recently

The Filmon app is not available anymore in Germany.After many years and problems coupled with the high costs I am very dissapointed

I am watching Filmon Live via my iPad and Apple TV but the programs keep freezing at times. What is the problem and what can I do to fix it?
