How to fix ALLBLK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ALLBLK app on iPhone
Update ALLBLK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ALLBLK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ALLBLK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ALLBLK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ALLBLK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ALLBLK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ALLBLK App
1. On android, goto Settings » ALLBLK » click [Force Stop]

Update ALLBLK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ALLBLK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ALLBLK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ALLBLK.

Fix ALLBLK unable to contact server/ ALLBLK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ALLBLK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ALLBLK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ALLBLK
