I downloaded this app after watching a preview for a movie that apparently is exclusive to the app. Unfortunately I won’t be watching the movie after all. The trailer has no audio and I don’t know if the movie will because I won’t pay to watch something that I might not be able to hear. I checked other trailers and shows on the app - some have audio and some do not so I know it is not an issue with my device. Another unfortunate thing about this app is that most content is locked behind a paywall, which would be fine if the cost wasn’t so high for what you get. The subscription cost is several dollars more per month than other, similar apps. Also, their claim that this is the only app to watch LGBTQ films and shows out of Asia is a blatant lie...Viki Rakuten, Line TV, even iQiyi...all have LGBTQ content from Asia. And those are just the ones that I have subscriptions to. I’ll be skipping the movie that I wanted this for and uninstalling the app.

I was using this and and it going well and I loved it But then when I would pay it wouldn’t let me watch anything vip so I contacted and got my money I did what they said to do delete my second account so once my subscription went through it still wouldn’t let me watch anything so I’m waiting for my money back and I’m deleting this app for good it has to many issues

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, and I even subscribed. It’s been going well so far, but I have some “issues”, if you will. Is there going to be an option in the future to cast to Devices like Chromecast? I know AirPlay is an option, but it’s only wanting to link to my speakers in my living room. Also, I don’t like how it doesn’t save where you are at. For instance, I could stop for some reason in the middle of an episode, but if I try to go back, it doesn’t pick up where I left off, it would start the episode over or it wouldn’t register that the episode has been completed or started or anything like that. I think those would really enhance the user experience. Otherwise, the quality is good and subtitle are great and not for a terrible price either!
