I’ve used WatermarkPhotoVideo for about a year now and I loved it at first, but then they did an update and I constantly have to redownload my logo in order to get it to work. It constantly takes my logo and adds a white background to it. My logo is the correct file and has a transparent background. When I emailed them about it, they told me it was my logo and nothing was wrong on their end then quit replying. Very disappointed in WatermarkPhotoVideo and I will not be using it anymore.

I started using WatermarkPhotoVideo to help with my little hobby business. I had a logo created and I would take pictures to post my crafts. In the beginning WatermarkPhotoVideo was nice because I could choose the pic of my logo and WatermarkPhotoVideo would automatically remove the white background so only my logo appeared to float where I needed it. Now, I try to do that and the whole picture with the square white background is there. Totally ugly and I hate it. Guess Ill be finding a different app.

After this last update WatermarkPhotoVideo tells me 90% of the time I can’t use the video water mark feature due to insufficient storage.. my own iPhone lets me know when my storage is low, but it doesn’t say it .. so why is WatermarkPhotoVideo acting as if it’s a storage manager when all it should be doing is what I downloaded and paid vip for.. no other apps are preventing me from doing what I need. I don’t understand what the point of changing the process was.. if I didn’t have storage before and i tired to water mark a video , it would simply not save.

I don’t know if it’s just the free part on the video side but, everytime I use the free unlock on video. because I will soon purchase the full version, it has me thinking if the video can’t process and save then odds, are same thing could happen to the full purchased features... this was a good app till it stop letting me access the freebie on video, and I was told in the support email it’s storage memory when my phones storage is not full at all. Please fix this bug really enjoyed WatermarkPhotoVideo.

USUALLY WatermarkPhotoVideo works fine to add water marks to my photos.
HOWEVER - sometimes IT DOES NOT WORK. I will go through the process of selecting my photos, selecting my mark, and positioning the way I want it - WatermarkPhotoVideo will say the photo is saved and it was successful, but when I go into my photos and look, there is a copy of the photo WITH NO WATERMARK. I can try over and over again on the same photo I don’t know how many times, and have the same issue. I’m growing tired of this problem.

Purchased WatermarkPhotoVideo to access full features- it worked great at first and I was able to watermark photos and videos!

Now-two weeks later- I need to watermark again and WatermarkPhotoVideo keeps putting a big white square behind my logo. (The file is a .png with a transparent background) Frustrating to say the least. I hope it goes back to working soon because I really enjoyed using WatermarkPhotoVideo .

So far I’ve been happy with WatermarkPhotoVideo. Recently all the buttons changed to Chinese. Now when I start WatermarkPhotoVideo it locks on an ad in Chinese wanting me to pay $99. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue. Can’t get past this screen so not able to watermark anything. I read others paid $4.99 to not have ads but I’m not given that as an option. If it is, the button is in Chinese.

I’m really enjoying WatermarkPhotoVideo. It is fairly easy to use and I don’t mind the ads for the free version. My only problem right now is that there is no way to set the font size to a specific number or any lines to guide you to know if the text is completely horizontal or not. This makes it very difficult to make identical watermarks on separate photos and videos.

I really love WatermarkPhotoVideo but just recently have been having problems with it on my iPhone 6s .. I hope it gets fixed because I spent money on it .. And if it doesn't I would like my money back .. But all in all it's a great app .. Please fix the problems .

I wish there was a way that I could just plop my watermark in my piece without having to go through the whole process over and over and over again. I purchased the whole shebang just so I would be able to that but so far it's been a bit tedious. If there is a way, I wish they would have a clear cut indicator how I could do that without taking me out of WatermarkPhotoVideo and putting me in a search engine. ?

I love WatermarkPhotoVideo because it is simple and very easy to use, but please name the fonts again. Some of them look identical and I can’t tell which is the one I used the last time. Plus there are too many for me to memorize where it is. 😅

Works well, easy to use....the only issue is that WatermarkPhotoVideo keeps saying I haven't paid when I have paid so to use upgrades I have to keep rebuying and then I have app store credit. I guess that's a decent size problem but that issue might not be a problem with app, rather the store? Not sure. Otherwise 5 stars.

I like the fact that it is very easy to use because I use it to mark all my photography. The only thing I find annoying is every time there is an update I seem to lose my saved templates, and I never can get it exactly the same as the previous. Other than that great app.

I found WatermarkPhotoVideo nice to use and easy to figure out! I love the stickers and the many other options. The fonts and colors are a nice extra as well. I gave WatermarkPhotoVideo a 5 star because I found it to be one of the easier apps I have used for watermarking pictures. Please keep adding more fonts and stickers. I love to get creative with my watermarks so they stand out from the others. This is the perfect app to do that with! For all of the people that are having problems with WatermarkPhotoVideo just play around with it and see what you can do with it before you give it a poor rating. You can always start over. But the trash can at the bottom helps with not having to do that when you put something on the picture that you don't want. But Good Luck everyone. I hope you find WatermarkPhotoVideo as nice and easy as I Have. I love it!

WatermarkPhotoVideo gets the job done always and is very easy to use. My issue on WatermarkPhotoVideo is that when i save the watermark on my edits it always spams," saved succesfully on camera" or something like that and its VERY annoying and it makes me want to delete it.

This is truly the best watermark app, I tried a few before finding this. It’s SUPER easy, fast, and you can save your watermarks and use them over and over which is a life saver. You can make them as dark or light as you want. I love it!
They quickly updated an annoying issue and I just love WatermarkPhotoVideo and won’t use anything else!!

Honestly on the free version the ads are a bit intrusive so I paid for full and also so I could watermark more photos at a time. Not sure if there’s a limit to how many photos at a time you can do on the full version but I usually do 30-40 a time and it never limits me

I am a semi-professional photographer trying to build my work up to call myself a professional. I need something that protects my photos and quick and easy to use. This allowed me to even use my own handwriting or signature to create my own watermark!! It's fantastic!! I will recommend this to anyone looking for a watermark app!! I give this not just ???? but I want to thrown in an extra ?? because it's just that great!!

I’ve contacted support multiple times and received no response. I purchased WatermarkPhotoVideo awhile back and it removed the ads as promised.
After months of use, there is now an ad that keeps popping up. I have removed WatermarkPhotoVideo , reinstalled and restored purchase successfully and it still pops up.
Very irritating and false advertisement.

Cheap, simple and to the point☺️ is only ask they create a folder that memorize the photo/watermark you’ve used so I don’t have to scroll through so many to find it, but then again I could just create a folder myself in my phone for quick access😅

I don’t usually review apps however I felt this was needed. I love that I had the opportunity to unlock the video portion of WatermarkPhotoVideo by just watching a short ad. I used it several times and it worked exactly how I needed it to. So I made the choice to pay the $4.99 and purchase WatermarkPhotoVideo without the ads. That was a very good idea on their part. I didn’t have to spend five dollars without knowing if it did what I needed just to lose out on the money.

App supposedly allows you to add a signature, but no matter how many times I create a signature on the white background, WatermarkPhotoVideo freezes on the signature page and the only way to leave that screen is to choose the “back arrow”.

WatermarkPhotoVideo then holds no memory of a signature. I am using an iPad with the latest iOS.

I attempted to give it a 1 star rating, but the rating automatically changed to 2 stars.

I wanted to get rid of the ads and get other layouts, but it charged me twice. I thought it was a one time payment to get the "premium" version. But other than that, great performance!

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because You can't upload videos to watermark. Other than that I love everything else about WatermarkPhotoVideo .

I would give it 5 stars if you could change the transparency of your watermark and it was a little more user-friendly. Other than that it is an awesome app to use when marking your work!

I bought this to tag my business photos with a watermark and it works perfectly. I upgraded for 99 cents and have been using it ever since.
