Error message upon trying to open the app. Sorry, having trouble retrieving your info. Have spoken to multiple agents about xfinity issues. Have reset the network, restarted phone, but still can't get the app to work. No, have not changed my address. Would like to see activity and billing. Am ready to can xfinity. This has been a problem for months.
The Xfinity app will only take me to a screen that tells me I need to upgrade my (brand new) equipment, then when I try to do it, it says my equipment is up to date. The only other option is to log out. I can’t get to “my account” or ANYTHING in the app besides a screen saying I need to upgrade.
