5 months agoWhen I tried to sign in to MY OWN ACCOUNT, it said that MY user name was already taken. It WAS, by ME, several years ago. Please fix this and give me access to my FanFiction site AND my Fiction Press site.

7 months agoThe story stats for my published stories are not showing up. The last day with views and visitors was Friday, September 14. None are showing for Saturday and Sunday, and I know that there have been views and visitors to at least one of my stories. What do I need to do to see my story stats? Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

1 year agoLast year I had a red versus blue crossover reaction story that was taken down by another user, who is a self-appointed moderator, because that story had dialogue front row versus blue. No, the site guidelines said I needed permission to use that dialogue, red versus blue is owned by Rooster Teeth and Rooster Teeth sites guidelines states that I have permission to use their work that includes their dialogue from the movies. I would like explicit permission, explicit general permission to use, enter right dialogue from movies for reaction stories. And Possibly a ban be placed upon this user

2 years agoI'm lilyflower101 on fanfiction.net. For some reason the I stopped getting email alerts for the authors and stories that I've followed. I re pu tin my email address into my account and I went through every blocked email and email rule I have on my outlook account. Fanfiction.net isn't blocked. If you have any idea what I can do to fix this please let me know.

2 years agoI haven't been able to send or receive PMs all day today, just keep getting some stupid working/"rerouting" pop-up telling me to check my browser that disappears after about 2 seconds, then doesn't send my PM. I re-set my router, etc, and still get the same thing. What the f**k is going on?!

Hi I’m a reader at your website and I don’t like the open app function you put into your website. It’s large distracting and breaks the flow of my reading. No one wants to be reminded that you can use the app. I have the app, but I don’t want to be directed to it only my safari. This app still needs a lot of work and is rather frustrating to work. The website is fine and I believe that you should remove the prompt to open the App because it detracts from the quality of what is very good website.

Still not working
I had just updated the app, shut down and turn back on my IPhone 7 and event updated iOS to 15.4, and yet the app still crashes whenever I try to open it. I DO NOT want to have to uninstall and then reinstall the app to fix the issue due to some stories that are present in the library that I can no longer download due to them no longer existing on the main website itself. Please find some way to fix this issue!

This is an appallingly bad App It has added so much junk and technical options it is HARD to navigate. Your previous App was so much easier I just want to surf the App for Harry Potter stories that are complete or by the author’s name This is ridiculous. It took me 3+ hours to log I. First time on new App as my email had changed. Really? I was thinking of authoring a story. Uh uh not now. This is such a terrible program. Not user friendly. Techies probably like it. Course they don’t generally cooperate with normal people anyway. They believe everyone wants obscure, convoluted access to anything. All I can say about it is in my non tech vocabulary of a troglodyte is UGH!!! 😑🙌🏽😡😱😬☹️☹️☹️😑
