The updated version 7.2 still having user privacy issue - when opening M2U app, there is a message informing me that M2U app is accessing / reading the device clipboard information, which means whatever is stored there is read by M2U app. Please clarify why this function is there & definitely shall not be accessed without user permission as this clearly violates user’s privacy as this may contain user’s sensitive data?

I am not able to see see any transaction history made, it is completely bank, also where it says transaction history, the complete wording is over the word debit which means there is an issue with Maybank2uMY for me. I’ve deleted Maybank2uMY and re installed but still nothing has changed

If you require an app to be updated before allowing transaction to go through its fine but don’t do it in the middle. I started fro M2U website, need secure2u to complete it but can’t because need to update.. so I need to wait M2U countdown to finish.. update my app, and re-do again. Don’t allow it to begin with if it’s not up to date. It’s wasting our time and frustrating

Used to be good, but iOS14 releases just tossed Maybank2uMY completely. I don’t understand why the biggest bank in Malaysia didn’t manage to get this right, iOS 14 Beta was there for more than half a year, don’t you think you should test before the major release?

It’s supposed to help but turned out to be much more troublesome than via online banking.

Many verification steps needed to use Maybank2uMY. Auto sets transaction limits to MYR 5,000 per day with no way to set higher amount!!! Only way is go back to use web payment but now requires call verification and wait for another message via App to further confirm authorization.

Absolutely avoid using Maybank2uMY. Can’t deactivate.

Banking of the future realised. No delay in updating paid cards, everything moved quickly and does what it says it will do. Hats off to your app development team. I’ve used HL Connect and CIMB Clicks. This is the best one yet.

As others have reported, transaction history is no longer viewable after upgrading to ios14 on iPhone and the names of all the various categories/options overlap. Sort this out quickly please Maybank.

When transfer to other ppl , was successful , but stuck on loading, need to logout and login to check again , and if want screen shot to ppl for notice, need log on webpage, other bank useful than Maybank2uMY, hope to update if not will not use again

i had problem to login since i update my ipad.
Communication error notification pop up everytime i tried to login.
please do something about it.

Very bad to use with a Password Manager. You should allow users to paste their password in from their respective Password Managers.

The MAE wallet is also terribly designed. So difficult to use and activate, horrible user interface. All around failure. Take a page from how Hong Leong designs their mobile app.

Issues encountered with iphone xs max.
It's kept on "loading" after face detection went successful.
Cannot perform any transactions. In fact, none of the hyperlink works.

Theres till a lot you of feature that are unavailable that is available on the classic website, e.g. list of scheduled payments, available credit card credit.

Proceed button is missing in transfer section. Please fix thx

Could you please update Maybank2uMY for phones without the home button? It’s been years since the iphone x was released

Easy to use , but always log in the apps take very long time . Keep show loading

Re-downloaded & reinstalled app many times, reactivated Secure2u. Still can’t do banking or pay. Switched to Public Bank app which works and is more reliable.

I am supposed to manage my kids accounts so that I could know how they spent and top up some amount for their monthly expenses .. but this new app only allowed individual personal account .. wish I can use the previous app ??

App not working on iOS 14, it didn’t show data, I already report that to maybank. I guess they are too busy to fix issues

Now it doesn’t work for iPhone 8, as the screen alignment run. I try to make a transfer, but the Proceed button doesn’t appear.

Please fix it!

After update iOS 14 now got error. ASAP update soon.
