Always require update in the middle of transaction??
If you require an app to be updated before allowing transaction to go through its fine but don’t do it in the middle. I started fro M2U website, need secure2u to complete it but can’t because need to update.. so I need to wait M2U countdown to finish.. update my app, and re-do again. Don’t allow it to begin with if it’s not up to date. It’s wasting our time and frustrating

Very Lousy App
It’s supposed to help but turned out to be much more troublesome than via online banking. Many verification steps needed to use this App. Auto sets transaction limits to MYR 5,000 per day with no way to set higher amount!!! Only way is go back to use web payment but now requires call verification and wait for another message via App to further confirm authorization. Absolutely avoid using this App. Can’t deactivate.

After transfer stuck
When transfer to other ppl , was successful , but stuck on loading, need to logout and login to check again , and if want screen shot to ppl for notice, need log on webpage, other bank useful than this app, hope to update if not will not use again
