I have a problem with Mopar Owner's Companion

- Cannot remote start the car if the FCA vehicle doesn't come from the factory with remote start

- Cannot choose Cummins Engine for the service schedule

- No manual on the Cummins Engine

- Not useful for some users

- Sign-on credentials are shared across three other apps, creating a cascade of changes if the password is forgotten

- Restricts "special" characters when selecting a new password

- Cannot find VIN or contact info in the database for some users

- Service schedule options at the bottom of the screen won't load

- App doesn't remember choices or be based on VIN, requiring the user to select the gasoline option each time the app is opened.

To resolve Mopar Owner's Companion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Mopar Owner's Companion App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mopar Owner's Companion » click [Force Stop]

Clear Mopar Owner's Companion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mopar Owner's Companion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mopar Owner's Companion.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mopar Owner's Companion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mopar Owner's Companion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
