I have been unable to open nee books for several days.

every month I try to log in to make a payment on my account, every time it tells me my Password is incorrect and to change my password, again, every month it does this. I am tired of messing with this problem.

How to fix Harlequin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Harlequin app on iPhone
Update Harlequin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Harlequin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Harlequin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Harlequin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Harlequin Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Harlequin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Harlequin App
1. On android, goto Settings » Harlequin » click [Force Stop]

Update Harlequin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Harlequin App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Harlequin » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Harlequin.

Fix Harlequin unable to contact server/ Harlequin internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Harlequin » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Harlequin » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
