How to fix Campendium app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Campendium app on iPhone
Update Campendium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Campendium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Campendium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Campendium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Campendium Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Campendium not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Campendium App
1. On android, goto Settings » Campendium » click [Force Stop]

Update Campendium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Campendium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Campendium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Campendium.

Fix Campendium unable to contact server/ Campendium internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Campendium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Campendium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Campendium
