This App Was Released In Beta?

There’s no way they could have released IncidentIQ, thinking it’s ready for public use! It reminds me of something I’d come across when beta testing. Constant bugs, freezing, crashing, some options just plain don’t function, and now it freezes at a solid blue screen and won’t go past that. You’re better off opening Safari and using the website. It works as a web app just fine, so far.

App freezes on launch - continually

IncidentIQ will freeze on launch more than 50 percent of the time. Others have noticed the same thing. Developers, why can you not squash this known bug? Forget about the lack of widgets and landscape view offered by your competitors, just make this weak app open and function.

Complete failure of an app!

This application does not function correctly at ALL!! You cannot even open IncidentIQ it just freezes up with that stupid blue background. I hope the school district I work for will remove us from this horrible excuse of a ticketing system. Good thing we can NOT use the mobile application while we have our team working remotely on sites! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Push Notifications Already

The software is great, IncidentIQ works great but borderline useless to have on the phone since there are no push notifications. It blows my mind that everything else is so polished but such a simple feature is not available

IncidentIQ seems to work fine but it really needs landscape orientation for use with keyboards.

Needs several restarts when using

App is basically useless. Search function hardly ever works, loads white screens and constantly freezes.

No Push Notifications 👎

Not useful if there’s no push notifications for a ticketing app
It’s like a phone without a ringer
The feature is still “under review” is beyond me 🤷 Start the development already!!

Google SSO broken. Useless.
