There’s no way they could have released this app, thinking it’s ready for public use! It reminds me of something I’d come across when beta testing. Constant bugs, freezing, crashing, some options just plain don’t function, and now it freezes at a solid blue screen and won’t go past that. You’re better off opening Safari and using the website. It works as a web app just fine, so far.

The app will freeze on launch more than 50 percent of the time. Others have noticed the same thing. Developers, why can you not squash this known bug? Forget about the lack of widgets and landscape view offered by your competitors, just make this weak app open and function.

This application does not function correctly at ALL!! You cannot even open the App it just freezes up with that stupid blue background. I hope the school district I work for will remove us from this horrible excuse of a ticketing system. Good thing we can NOT use the mobile application while we have our team working remotely on sites! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
