I have been a follower of Eenadu newspaper since my childhood. I always found this paper as the most trustworthy and the digital version was like a cherry on top of the icecream. But, lately, EenaduNewsOfficialapp is nothing but disappointment. As soon as I open any news article, my whole screen is crawling with video ads. This is terrible experience. Having ads make sense when it is to a side or somewhere in the corner. But I didn’t sign up for reading the news to see the ads that you want me to see. Really feel bad seeing this coming from my most beloved newspaper:(

The old app was soo good it was very easy to navigate and openable pages but recently updated to new version 5.0 is not at all good to read and always it is going off without any cause I faced this problem several times and also whenever open EenaduNewsOfficialapp always asking update to 5.1 if click that nothing happens again same problem continuing when I open EenaduNewsOfficialapp please rectify this problem and make it good to navigate and read.

I access Eenadu from USA and the site is very fast unlike other Indian news channel. QuLity of videos and their accessibility is much quicker. The pictures/videos can be zoomed for a better view. All in all I like Eenadu except that the news update is bit slow. Latest news to be updated quite frequently.

Hi I am big follower of Eenadu news paper since my childhood. It is good to have paper digitally to access from anywhere. Keeping adds also acceptable to run the business to some extent, but not at the cost of readers patience. When ever I open any article it is popping up with adds only without any news to read, this happened to me every other day and this is so annoying. Please fix the issue at earliest.

Every new version I see , it fixes lot of issues but also introduces many more issues which can be easily identified in testing. When ever I open EenaduNewsOfficialapp or a news article , loading screen appears and whole screen gets reloaded while I’m reading the news which is very annoying.
I have been following EenaduNewsOfficialapp for over 5 years now it’s good in-terms of content but technically it was never stable.

News loading speed become slow in last few months. Need a date or time stamp with the news. Currently no way to know it’s past date or current date news.
It would be ideal to show related articles and allow people to comment.

As of writing this 10/14, new feeds are not updating on this on my iPhone 7 with 14.1 version. Please fix this asap

Every article shows only half of the paper. That means we don’t have access to full article. After reading one paragraph we couldn’t scroll screen for further reading. Pls fix asap

In the latest update. We are able to check the total paper in app. That is a very good. Hope in future you guys will keep working on this and remove UI bugs

Since I upgraded to latest version, app is taking huge amount of time to open. It's spinning a lot when we switch between stories or topics like Taaza or movie or business. It is testing readers patience. Previous update was good. Very minor issues.

The recent update has made EenaduNewsOfficialapp to perform at its worse.
1). Default font is small and is not optimized for the device. It might be assuming that you have the iPhone XS Max.
2). For every article, you’ll have to zoom to read the content. EenaduNewsOfficialapp doesn’t seem to retain your preferences.
3). On my sections, it displays a messier that stories aren’t available for technical reasons. This is bizzare.
4). App crashes too frequently.
5). Every gesture shows a wheel spinning as if I am running on a decade age old device.

The only positive things that happened are - stories now reflect its correct picture and the font is moving towards retina standards with smooth curves.

How you guys are releasing new version of app without proper testing??? I always see some issues whenever I upgrade.

Lot of issues, even though app updated with latest version, seeing popup like update your app. Some times content is not downloading and saying technical issues.
Add ‘Feedback’ option on EenaduNewsOfficialapp itself.

Can you please fix EenaduNewsOfficialapp ASAP. The latest update for iOS has ruined it. It was working so well earlier.

Old version was Lot better and easier

Though updated to latest version 5.0.1, when every time we open EenaduNewsOfficialapp , pops up stating a new version is available. At the same time, app is being closed/crashed however delete and reinstall did not help. Fix the bug on priority.

This is a must have app for following news in Telugu
Always reliable and fast

Not looking good at all. Earlier version is far better than latest. It looks clumsy and tabs were not properly designed.

Pages are not loading completely may be its due to advertisements I think.

App is crashing a lot

From couple of days, able to see refresh issue in app home page, wherein news are not getting refreshed. If deleting and installing freshly works only for that day. Next day issue repeats. Pls fix this issue.

I didn’t know that an app can be developed so poorly until I experience EenaduNewsOfficialapp. Instead of having this stupid app, it’s better not having an app at all. The earlier one from a third party was better than this official one though. After the recent update to 5.0, it keeps reminding me that there is an update to EenaduNewsOfficialapp , every time you launch it through a dialog window. No one expects such dialogs in built in EenaduNewsOfficialapp .
