Breathe Easy and Sleep better!

Best meditation app I’ve used. I love that I can use the app on all my devices (Apple TV, iPad and IPhone) making it easy to meditate where ever I am. Working as an RN, alternating day and night shifts at a busy hospital I have a hard time falling and staying asleep. I’ve been using the app every morning and before going to bed off and on for the past 5 months. I fall asleep easy and stay asleep. I find it easier to deal with the challenging days ( less active mind and rumination), I’ve had decreased panic attacks and anxiety too. I love it so much I subcribed for 1 yr.

UPDATE

I paid for a year subscription in April, and after a month I no longer had access. I emailed support and received an instant reply letting me know the issue would be addressed Monday (I emailed on a Saturday morning). I was very disappointed because, I have thoroughly enjoyed this app Meditation. However, by early afternoon someone emailed to say they were working on the problem. The support team had the app working again by that evening! I am really impressed by their diligence and commitment to ensuring access to the app. Thank you!

Reviving Calm

When I first started Unplugged Meditation i was struggling with anxiety, difficulty sleeping and stress from working two jobs and trying to balance life with my family and friends. I have been able to gain more perspective, find my breath and go deeper into what I truly wish to find in my life through my meditation practice. Having the emails come every morning to remind me along with a message is something I so look forward to. Grateful to have this practice to help ground me in a non-judgmental way. It’s been a gift.
