I have been using this app for over a year now. I originally got the 7 day trial in February 2019 and really liked it, so I bought the year subscription. I renewed it again in March 2020 and have never had any issues until this past Sunday where it had logged me out and told me that my 7 day trial ended. I tried to see if there was an update, restarted my phone and nothing worked. I wrote apple to see about getting it fixed or getting a refund since I have only been able to use it for 2 months. They wrote me back and confirmed that I have an active subscription but cannot get a refund now. They told me to contact the app developer for troubleshooting. I have sent unplug support an email and hopefully they respond but this is really frustrating to pay for something that I cannot even use. I would like a refund for this app if it does not get fixed.

I’ve tried several meditation apps. I liked this one because it had both hypnosis and meditation, and several different categories. However with regular daily use, I’ve found that the lack of ability to minimize the app and continue to listen is a huge setback. Why would I want to keep my video on, causing light, while trying to go to sleep? Please add the option to minimize the app and continue playback. Or add audio only files instead of all videos. In no way do I need to watch someone talk or the ocean for 15 minutes. I have my eyes closed the entire time anyway. Aside from that, I do find the app and the people helpful. But it stresses me out that I can’t minimize the app, which negates the purpose of using the app for meditation. Also, why add the ability to make playlists if they don’t continuously play your videos? You have to click on them individually to play them, which flies I the face of the entire reason for a play list - so you can play the audio/video you want without having to touch your phone at all. That just seems silly. Please make it so you can play an entire playlist, not just individual videos in a playlist. Thanks.

So when I first reviewed this app I sounded really stupid because I thought I was going to be charged money when I really wasn’t but I mean I’m 13 and don’t know much about the world so yeah. Anyway, I used the free trial thing which really isn’t a free trial because as I learned they don’t charge you afterward. It was really great and the sessions were really helpful but after my trial was over it was just useless, and because, as I said, I am still a kid and I don’t have that kind of money to spend. Even if you don’t want to spend money I still recommend you download it and see what you think because you do get a free trial and it’s a great meditation app and who knows you may even want to spend money once you try it.
