How to fix Unplug app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Unplug app on iPhone
Update Unplug app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Unplug iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Unplug on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Unplug network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Unplug Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Unplug not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Unplug App
1. On android, goto Settings » Unplug » click [Force Stop]

Update Unplug to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Unplug App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Unplug » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Unplug.

Fix Unplug unable to contact server/ Unplug internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Unplug » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Unplug » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Unplug
