How to fix Evoliz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Evoliz app on iPhone
Update Evoliz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Evoliz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Evoliz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Evoliz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Evoliz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Evoliz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Evoliz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Evoliz » click [Force Stop]

Update Evoliz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Evoliz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Evoliz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Evoliz.

Fix Evoliz unable to contact server/ Evoliz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Evoliz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Evoliz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Evoliz
