After a month of weekly calls to CU1 I am now being told this a “known” issues affecting more than just me. They told me they have no established time for a fix.

Does not work(for me). I try to setup a new user and card and I get an error “Terms and Conditions cannot be displayed”. I have made 3 calls to CU1 and it has been over a week with no resolution. The answer I have been given is they are “waiting for technical support” to respond. I have tried two different cards as well as two different iOS devices with the same result.
Poor quality app/service

There is an issue with the app where you’re unable to login to control your cards; you get an error message stating the server cannot be reached. This has been an ongoing problem for over a month. Also, if you click on “Contacts us”, the incorrect bank contact information is provided (CU1 of Illinois, a completely different bank than CU1 of Alaska).

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!
I needed this to help myself save money. It took me 7 phone calls and 3 days just to create an account. The app constantly disabled me even though my information was correct.
Im now going through a terrible earthquake and need my card back on, the app says my account does not exist and that I have disabled to even make a new account.
Again, do not get this app. It’ll save you a lot more time not getting it.
