So just by reading the other reviews, I understand I’m the only one with this problem. It’s been about a month and I haven’t been able to watch any ads to earn stars and hearts. “No more ads are available” is all it says. I’ve sent a couple emails and this issue is still happening. The only reason I’m earning any hearts at all is because of the daily attendance, posting, & the few missions and quizzes that I do occasionally. If it wasn’t for that, IDOLCHAMP would be completely pointless for me to use. Please fix this, I want to be able to give stars, which is something I haven’t gotten to do since it’s only obtained by watching ads. Also IDOLCHAMP lags a lot and takes a couple minutes just to move to another tab. And now I know I’m the only one experiencing these issues.

I love IDOLCHAMP because it lets international fans support their favorite artists by voting for them. It is also really fun, where you can get different hearts and ruby while completing some fun missions and mostly when we can get hearts while doing the quizzes. It isn’t hard to use and pretty fun, not only we get a chance to support our favorites but also can check out knowledge of the groups we know by doing the quizzes. I hope you could do more quizzes because I almost completed them all. Thank you so much for your service.

I have been using IDOLCHAMP for several months now and haven’t had any real issues except that the quizzes are in Korean so I can’t take those for extra hearts. I do like that they changed the free heart ads to 7 with a higher payout cause it took forever to watch them. Overall I feel IDOLCHAMP is a great way to support your kpop idols.

Ads haven’t been coming in for a few months now, I’ve sent at least 3 emails to support and haven’t gotten an answer or a fix. If that were fixed I think I’d be able to give 4 stars but it’s too big of a problem and for too long, I understand that ur busy but a lot of people hav this problem and it’s too much, we can’t help our boys and I hate it. Overall okay app, kind of difficult for people who don’t know korean at all and sometimes I still struggle (I’m at a beginning/intermediate level)

Congratulations this app on epic 6 mil downloads. Been using your app for over a year and have been very satisfied at how easy it is to use this app. All it takes is to watch ads, play games or answer quizzes to earn chamsim (hearts) to use in voting to win free ads for my idol or to donate under my idol’s name. I have seen my idol grace many beautiful ads. Keep up the good work this app 👏👏

It doesn’t load 75% of the time. I have deleted and reinstalled IDOLCHAMP over 5 times now on my phone and iPad. The screen always gets stuck on the logo nothing else. I waited for it to load for 5 minutes same thing. I have high speed internet so I don’t get what’s wrong. The developers for IDOLCHAMP needs to step it up. How do you expect to make money from fans when it doesn’t even work most of the time. I run a fan base and I see fans send DMs wanting to vote and they can’t because of the same issue! It’s getting very frustrating.

I’ve been using IDOLCHAMP for a long while now since I became a kpop stan , it’s always been a super easy app to navigate and a fun way to support your favorite kpop groups/biases , also collecting chamsim is also super easy!
I’ve never had any problems with IDOLCHAMP itself it always runs smoothly it’s a must have app for kpop fans !

I really love IDOLCHAMP and how ya fans can support the idols. However, while some people use actual money to buy chamisa, other people use bots that spam until they win.
I know this because 20+ usernames consisted of random numbers and letters would write the same message over and over again on their fandom homepage... including the punctuation and spacing mistakes.
Another aspect that could be improved is the language barrier. In many quizzes, the answers are only in Korean which makes it hard to understand.

this is a great app for me to vote/support for all my favs, interact with other people, do fun quizzes and much more.
At first when i started using it, it was confusing I got the hang of it real quick.
If anyone really wants to see and help their favs win on music/live stages, this is great for you. I recommend this for any kpop fan in general🥺

I have been using this for a couple of months to support my idol. The good things are the quizzes has English version, and instructions are easy to follow. What makes me feel upset about are sometimes even after I complete the quiz with 100% accuracy, I didn't get bounus point. Hope IDOLCHAMP can fix this bug.

I love how it is in English and how easily it is to access the on-going votes that my idol is in and their community once we have set our bias. I also love the fun quizzes to earn extra charmism. The new game seems interesting too, but I lost my charmism more than I earned, so I stopped playing it.

At first, the reviews made me skeptical about IDOLCHAMP. Then I downloaded it because Ateez's comeback was near and I was surprised at the simplicity of IDOLCHAMP! There's a lot of kind people in Idol Champ, and earning Chamsim is easy! I can participate in all kinds of voting, and I'm happy with results! Definitely a great app. I'd recommend this to my friends!

They advertised BTS V as one of the candidates for one of voting polls and V fans were working hard voting for him bringing him from 8th place to 3rd place. Once V is in 3rd place, Idol Champ suddenly replaced V with Jungkook. The time and money V fans spent voting to support V is now gone. IDOLCHAMP is not only unprofessional with their bias on who they want to support but also a scammer for using other idol to get their fans to vote, votes that they spent money and time on to get, only to suddenly to steal those votes for their bias by simply replacing V name to Jungkook. Idol Champ is unprofessional and scammer that abused their power to steal votes.

Idol champ is a great app that lets me and I think a lot of international fans a chance to support their idols. There are some issues when I try to get ruby through the quizzes but I hope it can be fixed soon. Otherwise thank you for giving me a chance to support my idols.

It’s fun and allows fans from around the world to connect and follow and support our favorite artists. You can get updates and vote for ADs and do the quizzes to test your knowledge and earns you more hearts to vote. They have updated it and now you can earn more free hearts daily by watching ads too.

It works fine and I’m glad I can support the groups I love but getting points is surprisingly difficult. I have tried to take so many quizzes and its really clear that you’re not meant to pass them. Also, a lot of things aren’t translated so if you’re foreign good luck. But once again, I love being able to support the artists I love so I can deal with it.

While IDOLCHAMP seems like a great way to help your favorite artists, it has become nothing be a headache to use. There is no support when I send in a inquiry; pages that forever to load & will often fail to load forcing me to reload IDOLCHAMP ; and I can never sign in for their ‘attendance events’. Every month, the button to ‘log-your-attendance’ suddenly stops working and no amount of restarts or reloads fixes the issue. And no inquiries are answered.

IDOLCHAMP right here is SO amazing! I love how you can support multiple idols on here! It keeps the fans busy and racing for the top for their idols I love it! I also love how you can earn credit and tickets so you can vote for your idols and what-not the best supporting idol app ever!

This is a great app (and my preferred one) to use to support your favorite kpop idols. There are plenty of free ways to collect hearts/votes but theres also purchasable options as well. IDOLCHAMP is pretty easy to use and always improving with new updates.

I don’t have many idols I follow but I can see that IDOLCHAMP has SO MUCH information for all those KPop fans out there. I usually use this for voting especially Show Champion. It’s pretty straight forward and IDOLCHAMP has never crashed on me.

On good days missions to gain hearts are relatively easy to complete. Voting is quite confusing because there are so many different categories sometimes but overall intl fans could navigate IDOLCHAMP as long as they get used to it

IDOLCHAMP is really fun and easy to use, especially with the renewed home screen! It makes it easier and it looks so organized, it would help those who were struggling at the beginning! :) If you’re ready to vote for your idols, this app is IDOLCHAMP !

It’s fun and all, and I speak Korean so I understand it, but for those who don’t speak Korean, it would be hard to use. Secondly, there are way too many ads and all of them are at least 30 seconds and you can’t even skip! It gets annoying all the time cause when I’m trying to take a quiz, I have to wait a minute to take it and to get the answer..

This is a great app for voting and supporting your favorite idols! Everything is in English and it’s super easy to use. The new updated home screen is really nice too because it kinda puts everything you need in the same place, (quizzes, fandom add, charting, etc) which is really helpful.
