It doesn’t load 75% of the time. I have deleted and reinstalled the app over 5 times now on my phone and iPad. The screen always gets stuck on the logo nothing else. I waited for it to load for 5 minutes same thing. I have high speed internet so I don’t get what’s wrong. The developers for this app needs to step it up. How do you expect to make money from fans when it doesn’t even work most of the time. I run a fan base and I see fans send DMs wanting to vote and they can’t because of the same issue! It’s getting very frustrating.

They advertised BTS V as one of the candidates for one of voting polls and V fans were working hard voting for him bringing him from 8th place to 3rd place. Once V is in 3rd place, Idol Champ suddenly replaced V with Jungkook. The time and money V fans spent voting to support V is now gone. This app is not only unprofessional with their bias on who they want to support but also a scammer for using other idol to get their fans to vote, votes that they spent money and time on to get, only to suddenly to steal those votes for their bias by simply replacing V name to Jungkook. Idol Champ is unprofessional and scammer that abused their power to steal votes.

While this app seems like a great way to help your favorite artists, it has become nothing be a headache to use. There is no support when I send in a inquiry; pages that forever to load & will often fail to load forcing me to reload the app; and I can never sign in for their ‘attendance events’. Every month, the button to ‘log-your-attendance’ suddenly stops working and no amount of restarts or reloads fixes the issue. And no inquiries are answered.
