Such a bad app nd have very bad service

since the new update i can't watch ads anymore. the app crashes every time when i try. i received similar complaints from members of my voting group. please give us another update and fix this issue soon :/

It has happened several times now that I watch a video and get the message that my stars have been charged, but the number does not change. I refreshed the screen, closed and reopened the app, but nothing helps. Pls help :(
